Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

Quick, comfortable and quality. Will recommend.

we bought octane seats about 6 months ago from best buy and that purchase included the tray tables that go into the arm rests. we also wanted to include wine glass holders and some of the other options for those slots like the reading lights. Got the whole selection from theaterseatstore although they did have the wine glass holders on back order for about 3 weeks but the quality and overall price made the wait worthwhile.

I bought the Octane Turbo and I love it. The delivery went smoothly and they were great to work with.

It is no exaggeration to say that I was pleasantly taken with my entire shopping experience. Right from the easy navigable Theater Seat Store's website to the gratifying conversation with their callcenter personnel exuding a high degree of professionalism to the unalloyed pleasure my wife and friends now enjoy being comfortably ensconced in total luxury in our set of 4 Octane home theater seats. Without being overbearing the sales person I spoke to on the phone diligently and convincingly inspired me with his product knowledge to proceed with confidence with the purchase. The purchase of Octane home theater seats including a full-house of accessories to the incredible quality of the leather exceeded all expectations. Two of my closest friends and brother-in-law were all literally gobsmacked with admiration and envy of our newly acquired state of the art par excellence Octane brand of home theater seats. They have themselves now made identical purchases. The Theater Seat Store dedicated exclusively to a theater seat product range ranks in my book as a world class e-commerce experience that can never be replicated nor matched by any of the brick-and mortar goliaths of retailng venturing into this space selling everything from a hairpin to an anchor.

I ordered a row of six black palliser bullets, two rows of three to put in a portion of our basement that we've converted into a theater room. I would say that my husband and I are medium stature and we fit comfortably in the seats. The key features that we like on this model are the power recline and the lighted cup holders. After having used these seats the leather quality seems good for black leather compared to what I've experienced in the past. We live in a colder climate and the only thing I wished these seats had was heat, leather can get cold in the basement. Regardless of that we would definitely buy again from this company in the future.

Working with these guys was a pleasure. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
