It is super refreshing to still have companies that put value on customer service. I contacted the theater store with two simple questions/concerns. After a quick response from the general department I was swiftly rerouted to Ms Emeline Bishop. Ms. Bishop not only was empathetic to my concerns but went above and beyond in not only fixing my problem but also sending me tutorials how to complete a my second issue. I can honestly say that thus far the help and customer service outperforms the seats themselves. And these seats are fantastic. So that’s a tall order to fill. Thank you.

The Theater Seat Store is a very good outlet for theater-type seating for the home. From start to delivery took less than two weeks. The staff were very friendly and professional. The delivery staff were also very friendly and professional. The overall experience was more than fantastic.

I am very happy with the service I received from Emeline Bishop at the Theater Seat Store. I actually ran into problems with my shipment, first being delayed and then lost. Emeline personally took over my case and secured a shipping service that was able to receive and deliver my order in a short amount of time. the delivery was smooth and professional. The item fits and works well and was delivered in reasonable time, without any damage. The outer box was slightly crushed at one corner but the table inside was not marred. Appreciate the service.

Fantastic chairs, I've built 3 theaters now and these are by far the best. I got the Octane Vega Max for a 3 row by 5 seat stadium theater and couldn't be happier. The quality is top notch. Solid and comfortable with great full recline. And the bass shakers are fantastic. Not only is the product great but the service is top notch too.
