Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

Started looking for theater seating on Amazon. Limited selection and inflated prices led me to search online. I found the theater seat store and it was game over. Huge selection of brands, styles, colors, and accessories in various price ranges. Extremely happy with my purchase. Delivery and customer service was also excellent.

I was a bit nervous about ordering thousands of dollars worth of chairs without having seen them in person, but was somewhat reassured by the positive reviews Theater Seat Store had received. After months of measuring our room and deciding between various models, we finally decided and ordered six seats and three risers, taking advantage of a sale and promotional event. We received the chairs a couple weeks after ordering. Some of the boxes were somewhat damaged, but you never know who is to blame, the company or the shipper. Ultimately, it didn't matter. We got them unboxed and set up and can find no damage. The chairs are actually well packaged and wrapped in both plastic and a protective fabric casing. The chairs look great in our home-theater-in-progress and the risers are actually better constructed than I'd expected. Since we just got them I can't speak to durability, but they are extremely comfortable and seem to be well made. We don't have room for more seats but if we did, I'd certainly be ordering from TSS again.

I was looking for an established retailer with a good reputation for reliability service. Theater seat store seems to meet the description. Ordering online was a breeze. They had exact specs for measurements, weight etc. The pictures are color accurate so there are no surprises. During and after purchase the support was very good. Shipping was a bit delayed, but that goes for almost everyone nowadays. I won't blame them for it. Packing was carefully done and everything was delivered intact. Installation was a two step easy process and the seats work very well. Very happy overall.

I purchased the Magnum LHR. A month ago and regret it. Please don’t be fooled by the pictures on there site. The chairs are absolutely cheap Chinese crap. These theatre chairs came to us in dirty damaged boxes and we knew had a feeling we messed up ordering them. They are not high quality. They are not comfortable and you will be very unhappy. Do not make the same mistake we did!! Save your money and do not buy the Octane Magnum LHR. You WILL regret it. Also please note. Even though there is a 30 day return policy, it will cost you $600. And they make you purchase the shipping boxes to ship back. Plus a $200 restocking fee per chair. Garbage, Garbage, Garbage….

Sara Vollmer from customer service assisted with my order and I have never had better customer service. She was attentive to my questions and confirmed my order before it shipped. Once shipped, she helped with confusion from the freight company. Theater Seat Store's prices were great and the service was outstanding!

My experience with Theater Seat Store was outstanding. First and foremost, the theater seats are fantastic! The sales rep, Josh was very knowledgeable and the Customer Service Department, in particular Emeline Bishop, was outstanding in every aspect of my dealings with her. We had a small issue with shipping damage to the feet of one of the 4 chairs and Emeline arranged for shipment of 2 replacement feet as well as scheduled an in home furniture repair technician to replace the feet that had been damaged. Emeline’s service went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Theater Seat Store for both excellent products and great service before, during and after the sale!

The wait was definitely worth the while! This chair is perfect in every way. I want to thank Tom Thorstad for answering all of my questions, sending me swatches, and emailing me photos, he was extremely helpful in deciding on which chair to order.

I contacted the company to purchase a fairly expensive sofa and had 1 simple question; does their warranty cover my area. Some companies do not cover the area of NH where I live, so I did not want to purchase online only to find they don't cover my area. I was told I would get a call back shortly that day so I could place my order. Still no call weeks later, and gave up considering their store because of this.
