I would never recommend this company to anyone. After extensive discussions and research we gave our credit card to a representative for 11 red sangria microfiber Regal XL theater seats months before we needed them but to secure them. We received 5 red chairs as advertised & shown on the site and matching the fabric samples we were sent. The other 6 chairs are a very close color to pink. The chairs do not match and furthermore the red chair was used as the foundation for the paint , wallpaper and theater curtains. So far there has been no satisfactory or reasonable explanation or resolution. This company is inconsiderate, disrespectful & arrogant in thinking their time is more valuable than their customers and they literally have zero quality control. Two of the eleven chairs were damaged and ALL the boxes were in poor condition which was even noted by the delivery driver before unloading, then we discover 5 are red and 6 are pink. I have sent supporting documentation and we are considering legal action toward the company if a resolution isn’t made soon.

I had a GREAT experience with Theater Seat Store. The customer service provided by Sarah was top notch to say the least. The seats that I received were exactly as ordered and were both beautiful and obviously very well built. Thank you so much Theater Seat Store for a great experience!!!

The only reason I did not say cancel my order was because of Emeline. Somehow my Theater Seat Store order was lost and did not arrive on time for an event. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind (emphasis on the kind)! I can’t thank her enough for her help and I wish more people were like her. Thank you Emeline!

Very happy with the quality of the seats. The ordering process went excellent and delivery was perfect. They even held the order until I wanted them delivered. Customer service rep Sarah Vollmer was very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Boxes arrived all smashed up, but except for one minor cut on a seat back, the packaging kept everything safe. The theater chairs look great and are comfortable. And for the one damaged seat back, I was able to get that replaced easily via customer service.

I ordered 7 Octane tray tables which were shipped very quickly and were a great price! Unfortunately three of the tray tables had damage on the surface. I contacted Theater Seat Store and Emeline Bishop helped resolve the issue. Emeline was amazing! She contacted me with updates every step of the way and responded quickly to my emails. I really appreciated her extra efforts in customer service! The new tray tables arrived today and are perfect!

Recently I had a glitch in a theater seat that has served me faithfully for 5 years with comfort and convenience. I contacted the Theater Seat Store and was directed to Emeline Bishop, who coached and assisted me in tracking down the problem and getting the seats fixed. Not only was Emeline knowledgeable, helpful and timely, she possessed people skills you do not experience enough nowadays. Theater Seat Store is the best and the only place I would consider buying my next theater seat!

Theater seat store is just amazing,Nick is truly knowledgeable and easy to deal with 💯 no pressure. Explaining each option and the warranty, and white glove service, I highly recommend both of these options. Definitely will not find these high quality seats in furniture stores .Thanks Owen
