Leah is absolutely incredible. I had an issue with my initial delivery and a CS person who was not able to help me. Lead stepped in fixed all of the issues and we worked together on a detailed plan to complete the transaction. Lead worked with your team to flawlessly execute the plan and replaced a damaged item, gave advice on how the installer can fix one issue and made arrangements for everything to get completed as soon as possible. Her service, advice and customer first approach enabled me to not return the initial shipment thus saving both parties an exhausting battle on how we solve the issues. She is truly an asset to your organization, and I hope she is greatly appreciated, I know I appreciate her. Robert Feldman

Nick was our sales person, who did an amazing job for us! We ordered a custom color (Luxe Berry) which is absolutely gorgeous.. We love, love, love our set.( Recliner, Sofa & Loveseat - Octane/ Slate w/ heat & Massage) . My white glove team delivery men were awesome ( Sean & Ethan) perfect , quick set up & communication! Got a Black Friday deal after Black Friday--thanks to Drew in sales. Chairs are fantastic, and Emeline in customer service is fantastic. We misread the labels on the boxes and thought we had been sent the wrong chairs. She very patiently guided us through the process of realizing that we actually had exactly what we ordered, but it was always obvious that they were willing to do whatever was necessary to fix whatever needed fixed. Buy your stuff from Drew and talk to Emeline if you have any questions.

Hi, I had a great experience with everybody most notably Emeline Bishop! I was ready to cancel because I got the single recliner and it takes longer to ship, so I was not coping well but after talking with her on the phone she assured me that it will be well worth the wait and indeed so. My chair is huge and delivery was quick and easy with the white glove, I didn't want to mess it up. Now I'm here with my feet up learning the controls. Ms. Bishop and Josh was great, Thank you.

First of all, the Octane Theater Recliners I purchased from the Theater Seat Store are Great! There was an issue with one of the seats. I spoke with Sarah V. in Customer Support, she was great. It was clear to me that she was going to resolve my issue and make things right. She arranged for a tech to come to my house and take care of the issue. I will definitely return to the Theater Seat Store next time I am in the market for seating! Quality products and service!
