Nice delivery people. They must have tweaked one of the power cables because it was caught in the auto recline and it was cutting the cable There was no power when I reclined. Fixed it myself.

My wife and I are very satisfied and happy with our recliners. I had an issue with the control panel on one of them. I contacted customer service and spoke with Cherise. She was very knowledgeable and quick to take care of the problem even emailed me install instructions. After quickly receiving the panel, Cherise followed up with a phone call to see if I needed a technician to help with install. I did not need one as I followed the instructions she sent me. Thank you, Cherise, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jim

One of the pieces of the 3-parts Turbo XL 700 sofa came damaged but Emeline Bishop at customer service was very helpful and supportive of our need to replace the damaged item quickly. Excellent service. Thanks so much.

Sarah Vollermer assisted me fixing a an issue on our new theater seating. To me it was minor issue that I honestly sent In email to customer service kinda forgot about it. Well, Sarah wasn’t about to let it set. She followed up with me at least 3 or 4 times.. there was no miscommunication, I kept forgetting. She just provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I bought 4 space saver recliners for my small family room and I am so happy with my purchase. They came packed extremely well and were delivered super fast. Easy to put together and very good quality. I normally don’t like buying furniture without trying it out so I was a little skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend The Theater Store!!

One headrest was broken. Instead of fixing, they're shipping us the new part and expect us to fix it ourselves. Design has many flaws - can't reach accessories with wide/high seats; wine holder works only for very short-stem glass; massager doesn't retract to resting position (leaves metal in back); no massager in bottom, only back; installers lazy, didn't clean up after themselves and did a poor job due to bad attitude.

I am 75 years old and have dealt with many companies, but I have to say that TSS simply is THE best of all my experiences! They have been exemplary!
