Beautiful product. I ordered table napkins. I’ve had amazing vases and other decorations from the citizenry including carpet and they always make my home beautiful

I have bought two rugs, and both times they were delivered delayed from the original shipping date, with minimal communication. Great quality, but very expensive and not the best customer experience overall.
Response from The CitizenryOct 19, 2025
Thanks for sharing your experience, Sophie. We’re so glad to hear that you’ve been happy with the quality of your rugs, but we understand how frustrating the delays and limited communication must have been. Your feedback is really helpful as we work to improve transparency and reliability around shipping updates, and we truly appreciate your continued support and honesty. It helps us to do better!

It has been 20 days since I ordered a fabric sample, and I am still waiting... I am a member of the trade and usually get fabrics within a reasonable time, 5-6 days. I do understand that there was a mistake in my address the first time the salesperson wrote it. However, I am still waiting.
Response from The CitizenryOct 19, 2025
Hi Sara, We’re truly sorry for the delay in receiving your fabric sample and completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially given the initial address issue. We’ve flagged this for follow-up so that our customer experience team can ensure your sample gets to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention!

Customer service was Unwilling to make a situation right on a product they admitted was misrepresented on their website. *update* It was only after i was sent an email by you to rate my experience which i shared that the next day i did receive a full refund. That was after going back and forth several times. While that may be your policy, the description of your product which you acknowledged was *incorrect on your site was the reason we were in this place. I am grateful for my requested refund.
Response from The CitizenryOct 19, 2025
Hi Ashley, We’re sorry to hear that the blanket didn’t meet your expectations and understand how frustrating that must have been. Although our policy states that items shipped outside the contiguous US are final sale, our team did issue a full refund without requiring a return of the item as a goodwill gesture. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will review this product's listing again to ensure that sizing details are as clear as possible moving forward. Thank you for the honest feedback!

The linen fabric was softer and thicker than I imagined, the fitted sheet fit perfectly,… And there is definitely something to the energy that the linen lets off, it seems that my whole life I’ve only slept between 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours a night, Instantly I’ve slept 8+ hours a night since I’ve used them…God is always right, I would highly recommend them, thanks again
Response from The CitizenryOct 19, 2025
Hi Michael, We’re so thrilled to hear how much you’re loving your new linen sheets, and that they’ve made such a difference in your sleep! It’s wonderful to know that the feel, fit, and quality exceeded your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing your experience and recommendation. :-)

I called the Dallas store and got Abbie on the phone. She was exceptional in every way and helped me so much. I really appreciate her going the extra mile which is so rare in this day and age. I'm thankful she answered the phone when I called.
Response from The CitizenryOct 16, 2025
Thank you for the glowing review, John! We’re so happy to hear about your wonderful experience with Abbie. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with her and the Dallas team!

The sheets are nice quality. I really like them. However I wish I had paid better attention to the size noted for the Cal/King. The Duvet is way too long at the end of the bed and barely covers the bed side to side. I would not buy again based on the odd sizing.
Response from The CitizenryOct 16, 2025
Hi Barbara, We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the quality of your new sheets, but we understand your frustration with the duvet sizing. Your feedback about the dimensions for California King beds is really helpful, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue refining our fit and design details. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

We ordered 3 beds and were told they'd be delivered in early Sept. We heard nothing from Citizenry until we contacted them at the end of September. It is now mid October and the beds have still not been delivered. Throughout the process Citizenry was polite but offered no help in getting the order expedited or offering any compensation, and had no excuse for why they never reached out to tell us the order was so delayed. At all times we had to proactively contact them. We will never order from them again.
Response from The CitizenryOct 15, 2025
Hi Myra, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing these delays and communication gaps have been. This isn’t the level of transparency or support we aim to provide, and we regret that you had to reach out repeatedly for updates. Our team is reviewing what went wrong in this case to ensure we improve both communication and delivery timelines going forward, and we truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us do better for all of our customers!
