Victoria to Victoria it is taking a week or more. I was told my parcel was in the system and moving.

They missed a deadline for delivering content to a trade show, then it took almost a full day to determine where the shipment actually was. Caused an immense amount of inconvenience and frustration, then refused to give a meaningful discount for their incompetence. Unresponsive, unorganized, uncaring. Will never do business with them again, and I would strongly encourage everyone else to stay far, far away.

worst service ever. they lied about status of package and delete status updates. said delivery was attempted on July 4, but sent a google image of building 2 doors down the street. 9 days later they still have not delivered and say it has been missorted. said would be delivered on july 10, then deleted the update again. customer services is either a bot or people who have been trained to give non-answers. if i could give zero stars i would. and everyone else seems to agree. service is meant to be within 72 hours. it has been 15 days. my package from australia came faster. and there delivery depot is less than 30km away. never use if you can avoid. i will adidas didn't use them

Ordered an aftermarket bumper through specialty company out of Utah on June 25th, on that following Tuesday I get a phone call from the company confirming for delivery address. Well it went all the way to Olean, MS with incomplete address. got redispatched 2 days after the 4th of july and told itll be delivered by the 10July. The tracking never updates and I've had to call them to get some sort of answer a from them. I have no idea where my $3200 bumper is at?!

Terrible, terrible company for freight shipping needs. Customer service is non-existent; we've been attempting to get our shipment, tracking number 596739102, delivered for the better part of 2 weeks. Multiple delivery appointments were made and never followed through on. No responses to emails or voicemails in attempts to get the situation resolved. Stay far, far away!

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because it is required to write a review. Absolutely the worst customer service with zero cares to help with a resolution. I've provided several to the less than stellar call center team but have never received a return call from anyone from the St. Louis facility as I've been promised for over two days now and counting. Delivery promised three days ago still no products to deliver to my customers which is costing me over $1,000 per day but again no return call or effort to help by the T Force team. It's sad when your soon to be former customer cares more about your service then your actual employees.

Avoid this place at all COSTS!! They have had my item at the Lubbock terminal since 6/20/26. I opened a case with them, they couldn't get ahold of anyone in Lubbock. Yesterday, they said it would arrive this morning. I still have not received the item. Customer service although nice on the phone, is unable to do anything to help. They call the Lubbock terminal and most times say no one answers. Yesterday was the first time they said they were able to speak with someone and could get the part here today. How they lost a 785 lb item, is beyond comprehension.
