Worst customer service ever. They refused to deliver my freight saying they can't turn a tractor trailer around. We built a turnaround and have tractor trailers here 3-4 times a month with no issues. I would never use this company if I was sending anything. They are formerly UPS freight I have learned. We learned long ago we pay extra money to have other companies deliver our freight so we don't have to deal with their sour attitudes. I told the company I purchased from they better be getting a refund since they can't be bothered to do the job they paid for.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Whoever contracts with you to deliver packages, I hope they have enough staff to deal with complaints that will be brought upon. I placed an order through Nordstrom Rack and got an email saying it will be delivered on 01/18. On 01/11, I got an email that it was delivered so I go to my buildings mailroom and it is not there. I check the tracking and it shows that two attempts to deliver were made on 01/10 and 01/11and it will be returned back to sender. I didn’t receive ANY communication, not an email, text, call, or doorbell ring that they are trying to deliver at a certain time. Do you expect customers to be waiting 24/7 outside of their apartment building for delivery? How are other couriers able to get inside this building and you are the only ones who are not able to? Upon reaching out to your customer service, I learned that they are even more useless than the delivery drivers. Don’t be in the transportation business if you’re not able to do your job.

Purchased items from Zara were sent via this company for delivery. The tracker says my package was delivered on 12/28. I checked with my apartment no packages arrived. On 1/2/24 I contacted this company regarding my package not being delivered. I was provided proof of delivery via picture. Picture did not match my lobby drop off. So I took the time and checked the three apartment complex’s located near me. From the picture it appeared it was delivered to the apartment complex next door. The apartment did not have my package. The concierge and myself looked. I contacted TForce Logistics to in form the of this. They said they would escalate. I waited for a response and called back on 1/4/24. I was told they received the package and it was scheduled for re delivery. No delivery into the weekend. So I called back today. Now everyone seems clueless like no one informed me they received the package back and it was scheduled for redelivery. I asked to speak to a manager in the morning. Gave my number and informed I would be contacted immediately. It is now 4:30 pm. Spoke to an agent (not a manager as requested) my concerns will be re-escalated to their team again. I believe this is the third time I was told that. Still no contact from management. This agency is horrible and so is the customer services.

Good customer service

Very rude delivery agent. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered December 16th (according to the email I received). Delivery agent calling me on the 15th saying he was outside our apartment building, told him nobody was home to receive the parcel. He then asked me when is the right time to come back and I told him the next day (the supposed to be delivery day) then he got mad and told me my parcel was too heavy then hung up the phone before I can respond back.

Complete trash… they take forever to deliver and they find every excuse to upcharge

after 2 weeks of not being delivered ....they say it is not lost ..they just don't know where it it is....this company is 100% total B.S. can not use enough words to express my distain for there lack of concern..... LAIRES AND DISHONEST ...NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.

Best Buy sent me an email saying Tforce would pick up large boxes last Fri- they never showed even after numerous calls. I was told at end of day they would come Mon. Again - no show. Their customer service told me they would come at 2-3, then at 4 they were one stop away, then that they did not know, couldn't get thru to terminal and manager was "in a meeting."So we have waited 2 full days. What are the chances they will come tomorrow?
