This company provides a tracking #, but never update the locations. Never provided any tracking info. Supposed to be delivered Wednesday the 26th of March. After writing to T Force, I get a call saying that it won't be delivered until next Tuesday. Another week delay. It's sitting in Portland, 1 hour away. Very disappointing. I wouldn't hire this company for any reason. Nor should you. On a positive note, they did say I could pick it up today.

This place is actually WORST Freight company I’ve had to deal with. From constant hangups from customer service, to holding my package for two weeks at terminal, to failing to call me back to schedule a pick up and leaving us with no option, but to wait for this shipment. They only deliver to our area once a week, and require an appointment to deliver. We tried to call and schedule an appointment, and they won’t let us. Instead, they suggest we wait for a phone call that never comes. Currently we are waiting on an order that has been sitting at their terminal since March 13. We had hoped to receive it today, as they only come on Thursdays, but because no one has called back or allowed us to schedule an appointment we are forced to wait additional time as they only come on Thursdays. Unfortunately, the company that we buy product from utilizes this company to send shipment so they are not a choice of ours for freight. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs their shipment shipped timely. We are a company that relies on product to sell. When it sits in a terminal for as long as it does, we lose sales. This is horrible for our business, and we are looking to cut off this company for product because of the company they select for freight.

My shipment was scheduled for today but now I’m told it will be another week because I am a “remote location” ,as it sits on a dock in Hermiston,125 miles away on Hwy 84. I live in Baker City Oregon on Interstate 84 which basically runs from Seattle/Portland to connect with 80 which runs to the East coast via Boise & Salt Lake City.My guess is that they can’t even make up a load because they have such poor service. I know I will never let a supplier use them again. Pro# 49148 4851

Only gave them 1 start because I had to. This is the worst freight vendor in the country. They either delay shipment by weeks, deliver to the wrong location, or don't deliver at all. Their tracking system is not accurate. They don't return phone calls or provide any worthy information when trying to file a complaint or obtain information. Do not use these guys.

Ordered a basketball standard. It came in and Hugo was awesome to work with. The delivery guy was great as well but I can't remember his band name. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again! Thanks Hugo and driver (?). T Force Freight - Lubbock TX Loc.

Delivered my package to a completely wrong address and sent a random picture of someone's door. Their site will not let me submit a ticket regarding this order and no one is responding to me so need to file a complaint now.

Order picked up in Florida 1/28. Arrived in Altanta GA on 1/29. That is the last tracking except for "DELIVERY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED WITH THE CONSIGNEE" on 2/5 and 2/6 and "OUT FOR DELIVERY" on 2/11 when I received a call from the driver when he was 30 minutes out. Shipment of 4 boxes of finished flooring became a mess of empty boxes and loose planks all jumbled up and plastic wrapped after boxes were destroyed during shipment. This is the very first time in decades of receiving shipments that I had no option but to refuse delivery, since there was no reasonable way to determine if the shipment was complete and without damage.

I purchased an engine on line from j spec auto sports in Virginia. The order was picked up by t force freight on Thursday of last week, 2/6/2025. I tracked the shipment on the tforcefreight website. All the tracking was very accurate and updated quickly. The engine arrived yesterday, 2/10/2025. From what I know, Tforcefreight does not run their trucks on the weekend, so the delivery took 3 days total! Very fast delivery👍👍 The delivery guy was also very professional and the engine was in perfect condition. I’m very pleased with the service that I received with T force freight. Thank you
