Clean, modern and classy building. Top-notch appliances and finishes. Super-friendly staff. Reasonably priced! Excellent location and views. Highly recommended

Great place only issue is the building is getting busy they need more staff. Always a line at the front desk because only 1 doorman. Supposed to be a non smoking property and it isn’t being enforced sufficiently. Lots of very young people feels more like a dorm than a luxury upscale nyc building.

I really like the building I live in. It is very well managed. The common areas are well kept and clean. The building staff is helpful and courteous. All in all I think it is a great place to live.

Amazing building and amenities, love the spot! I lived with a pretty dirty bathroom sink area for a while thinking the grime was just the way it was and that you guys did your due diligence cleaning it before a new tenant moved in. I recently did a full clean of the apartment and got all of it off, making me realize that whoever cleaned the apartment before I moved in did a really bad job. Not the end of the world but at the price I pay for the apartment I figured the cleaners would do a great job and figured I would let you know in case you did not already. Otherwise the place is great and so are the people working there

Great and friendly staff that can help with everything!

Staff are very friendly, systems are modern, just come issues with certain amenities so as the grills being broken.

Perfect apartment living with great views

The building staff are so proficient, helpful and cheerful. They make living here a pleasure.
