I love the staff and our apartment. Honestly, the other tenants don’t treat the common spaces as respectfully as they could. Messes are often there for hours after people have left - and it shocks me people will leave the messes they leave! Most of the other tenants act very entitled and unaware of other people who share the spaces with them. Really disappointing. And my wife and I have both been asked by staff to adhere to common space rules which we see many other tenants breaking all the time. So, I’m disappointed with most of my fellow tenants treatment of the building as a whole and (presuming they’re asked as often as I am to follow the build rules) I’m bothered they don’t adhere to the same rules I do.

Very good just except big noise from AC.

All the staffs working at 606 W 57th St are fantastic. It feels at home.

Would be better if have a shuttle to subway station

First rate professionals across the board, and probably one of the few large operations that actually still provides customer service, i.e., human beings, that answer phone calls and help immensely. Thanks much, constance

It would be nice if the gym area is closed for people who don't live in the building.

Great service from the initial viewing until moving in and even beyond that. I definitely recommend TF Cornerstone.

Staffs are very friendly and efficient!! The apartment is new and clean.
