I personally don't mind purchasing textbooks from here. Almost all of the textbooks I need for school are available on TextbookX, and while the prices can be more on the expensive side, I have the comfort of knowing that I'll find what I need here. There was a textbook I needed for a course I took in the winter and it was no longer in print anywhere, but I was able to find a used copy on TextbookX.com. The estimated arrival date was 6 weeks, but it ended up arriving in 8 days and the condition of the book was pretty good for a used book. The shipping fee was more than the cost of the book, but getting it 5 weeks earlier than expected definitely made it worth it. I will definitely be using TextbookX.com again in the future!

Personally I love getting books from here. They always come in good time and are up to the standard I request for. I really appreciate that they have the marketplace and ebook purchase option because sometimes the new books are too expensive

UPDATE: After posting, the company immediately got with me to find out order numbers, etc. I received my refund in just a few days. This could be a situation of poor customer service training, because it seemed that once I was finally able to communicate with someone that could do something, the situation was resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM This is the worst textbook company I have ever dealt with. My daughter ordered from them, but the materials were not going to arrive until after a week or so into classes. She found the material elsewhere and tried to cancel the order, but they told her it was too late, but didn't process the order until a week later. She mailed the unopened package back to them as they directed in January. We have yet to receive a refund and no one seems to be able to do anything to get us our $200.

I purchased a textbook from TextbookX 6 weeks ago, but never received it and have not received the refund I requested a month ago. I called customer service and finally got a tracking number, which indicated that they NEVER ACTUALLY SENT the textbook. I also purchased another textbook around the same time, but I ordered the wrong one, so I mailed it back about a month ago, and have still not received my refund. I tracked the package and it arrived 3 weeks ago. This is all completely unnacceptable business. I will not be purchasing anything from TextbookX again because I cannot trust their service.
