TextbookXReviews of textbookx.com

Very convenient way to shop for my class books. Most of them came in a reasonable amount of time. One was out of stock but I was able to make due with online resources. Julie C

Overall, I usually have pretty good experiences with ordering books. The website is easy to manage and makes it easy to track and know where your order is. I have had some trouble in the past with not receiving everything I ordered, but I was able to get in contact with the seller and get refunds. I would use TextbookX again!

Large selection of college textbooks for a decent price. The customer service was horrid and had hard experiences getting in contact and talking with a person directly about returns.

I like TextbookX because of the convenience this company offers. All my textbooks I can easily purchase and they always come sooner than anticipated. I have found the prices to be rather good at TextbookX. Everything I have tried to find elsewhere has been more expensive than TextbookX's offers.

Website is easy to use, but books are typically more expensive than on Amazon or other sites.

I have seen an improvement in the last semester in the prices and I bought most of my books through this but I think there could be more improvement and more used books offered. -Courtney C

Expensive and does not always have accurate descriptions but I like that it shows what I need for my classes specifically and has the multiple buying options

All of the materials I needed were available for purchase and the site was easy to use and navigate. Being unable to utilize financial aid for the purchase of books makes it necessary to shop around and often a better price was found at another source. If financial aid could be used for purchases I am sure there would be more sales.
