I ordered the books needed for my semester and they came in great condition and on time. The only issue I had was that after the instructors changed it wasn't as easy for me to resell my books and no refund was available. In the end I got stuck with books I didn't need. I do like that I received reminders to send my book back and that the process to do so with the rental was easy.

TextbookX made it easy and simple to order the books I needed for class. With many affordable options from different sellers, I was able to get my books in good quality and for low prices. Shipping was quick and I received all my books in a timely manner. Looking forward to getting my books for future classes from TextbookX.

I like that it shows the competitors pricing. In addition, the marketplace shows used books and one can buy them for seller. Checkout was easy and the shipping was fast.

Books have come as described, and prices are competitive with Amazon/Google. I like that the courses automatically place the required books in my shopping cart. My only complaint (and it may be related to blackboard) is that if I order the book through another site, the reminder to buy a book for a class remains on my blackboard home. Not taking a star away as that's probably the fault of blackboard.

Good Timing Bad Description! The books were delivered on time but I had an issue b/c the description said there was a Cengage access ID coming with the bundle I ordered. I only got a physical book. I contacted then about the description issue, they said I would need to by Cengage separately b/c it doesn't come with the purchase. My purchase was for the book only EVER THOUGH, it said Cengage bundle package. There was no bundle.

Hey Anthony, I was able to locate your order, and see that it was a used book from the marketplace. I also saw you went on to purchase Cengage Unlimited, giving you the online access. I'm glad to see you haven't been without access. I will have the account manager for your school reach out to the professor for this course and remind them that if access is required, used books should not be allowed. I'm sorry it was incorrectly listed as allowing used items. Thanks, TextbookX
