Please do not use this company I purchased two different tests and both came back with different results conflicting each other which made it confusing for me to determine what I am intolerant to. They have only refunded me the cheapest test I bought and not the other. they don't respond to emails. Note I previously wrote a bad review and got told to remove this in return for a free test which shows they are unprofessional.

As explained on your last review, you purchased a hair intolerance test, and following your unsatisfaction here, you asked for an exclusive discount off the blood test, which was arranged bespoke for you. However, you are unhappy that your immediate reaction symptoms (aka an allergy) have not shown up. As explained, this is likely to be an allergy, and we offered you a FREE upgrade for this test which you declined. We have checked over the communication and would not offer a refund on blood, and definitely not in exchange for the review to be removed. You did say that you were seeking a refund due to your unemployment, but as explained, we have carried out both tests accurately as offered. We have gone above and beyond with your case here, however, when we have recommended a test that would work for you, you have refused to engage. We're sorry you have decided to leave a one-star review on our five-star customer service and testing. We know we have adhered to our customer charter and we wish you luck on your future health journey.

Honestly, I'm dumb founded how a company can respond multiple times to written information without clarity! I requested a refund due to not being able to clarify the process over the phone - phone number always states they are closed, in fact when they are open. I am currently having to advise my solicitor to acquire a refund of £58 due to their inability to read requested information to process request. Please stay away from this company and source one locally that has a phone number that works.

At this time, we have no record of this customer ever purchasing from TMI Testing and have reached out through Trust Pilot for the email address used at purchase and the order number. As explained in our Terms and Conditions, we have a full refund policy, to which we guarantee a refund within 30 days however currently they are issued within 14 days.

I’m still waiting for my refund having emailed the company 5 times and being ignored. I have been in touch with Wowcher who have explained it’s your responsibility to refund. Digital download or not, I don’t wish to proceed and am entitled to a full refund. The fact that you’re passing the buck and ignoring my comment about the 3rd party advising that it’s your responsibility is just wasting time now.

Hello Katy, Thank you for reaching out. I can see from your emails that you are unhappy with this service as you do not have a printer. As you'll see on the email process, on the FAQ's, and the product you selected, it's a digital download. This means you do not need to print anything and can fill out all of the details online. This means the need for a printer is negated, as explained on email. Also, as explained, as you did not order via us, we cannot process the refund. You will need to claim your refund from the third party you have purchased from. Unless you're happy to proceed with this test now you understand you don't need a printer? Thank you. Update: Following your response Katy, as explained in the Terms and Conditions, and over email to you: We can only refund orders purchased directly from our website. All orders from 3rd party companies (like Wowcher) need to be requested through the company you purchased from as they with hold the funds.

Awful customer service. I paid for Fast Track results - stated on their website to say results returned within 28 hours of receiving the sample. They have my sample and I've been told it will be a week still. What's the point in paying for Fast Track. The online support team speak awful English and I was just told to wait. DO NOT USE. HUGE SCAM.

I recently did a test with them. I have been having health priblems and knew they are food related. I did a test in September. It was quite quick to be honest. The blood finger prik is never been my favorite thing but in this situation is quite convinient and fast to do. The results were ready in like a couple of days..really faster than I expected. Initially, I thought it is all b***t as I came up high intolerance to stuff like potatoes, which I thought is not possible and mild to others. At early October decided to exclude all those foods I had some intolerance to for a week..and omg....the difference. TMI- do not read if you do not want- I have been suffering from severe constipation and hemoroids, irregular bowel movements for 3.5 years.. It was recently I realised it is probably food related as I tried pro-biotics, other gut pills and nothing actually helped very much. Just excluding all items on the list- never had such a regular stomach, no bloating, no water retention, sluginess etc. Give it a try- it is worth it.
