I both this test for me and my mother before the lockdown and I received the results but my mom did not and they didn’t even did a refund .I was trying to contact TMI but they never get back to me .For a horrible service 1 star !

Totally appalling and false results
Totally appalling and false results. These people prey on the vulnerable. My test came back and said I had lots of vitamin deficiency. I had my blood done the next day to show I had NO deficiency at all . Total scammers

Your blood sample is then exposed to a panel of food and non-food items. If a reaction is recorded, you have an allergy, and using IgE blood analysis, this is the most accurate testing available.
The allergy test is an immunoassay that determines the levels of antibody reactivity against specific allergens. Our tests are able to determine levels of antibodies against specific allergens. Using a test blotting procedure and a 2-spot blood card, the test is very similar to ELISA offered by market leaders.
We can measure a specific antibody response with a client’s sample, and a panel of specific allergens derived from foods or other triggers (such as pollen or epithelium cells). Additionally, to complete the testing and ensure the process is complete, our lab technicians require conjugate, wash solution and substrate.

Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service. After finding out I'm dairy intolerant I went 24 hours without any in my diet and the result has been amazing

I bought this intolerance test through wowcher, sent it away everything was fine. Waited longer than stated to hear back from them, still didn’t receive my results was in touch every single day they kept telling me “you’ll get your results within 24 hours thank you for your patience” I lost my patience, I got in touch with wowcher. Got back in touch with tmi 2 days later and they eventually sent me my results after 10 days of coaxing them to send them.
I have a major dairy intolerance which I know of, and have also been tested for a gluten intolerance at the doctors which came back negative.
This must be made up because it didn’t say anything about a dairy intolerance at all and said it was 95% intolerant to gluten..
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

It was great to finally find out what…
It was great to finally find out what was causing my son's skin condition and since cutting out the major intolerances listed that he had been eating, he hasn't had an issue at all.
