I bought the Premium Intolerance test for my daughter. Clearly states it's Bio resonance testing on the homepage. Received the results within a week. Easy process and my daughter's symptoms have improved since following the recommendations in the report. Now going to try the Fodmap diet as her doctor thinks she likely has IBS. Getting this test done was a good start to hopefully solving the puzzle of my daughter's ill health.

Ths results are fake
Ths results are fake. I bought the test for my partner who has a dairy intolerance and a cat allergy, diagnosed by a GP - neither cats nor dairy was not listed as one of his allergies.

Thank you for your review, however we do have some disputes with some of the issues you have raised. We can see you have been in touch once on LiveChat asking how to send the sample to us (despite all of the instructions being sent to you in the email, with video walkthroughs) on 2nd September. You then ordered a hair bioresonance intolerance test, so no allergies would be detected anyway as a this is hair test not a blood test. You were aware of this fact when you purchased.
If you have already eliminated the food from your diet it will not pick up by our testing. It is suggested to have a normal food intake before the test and to re-introduced the food items that you have already taken out (if safe and possible), at least 48 hours before the test.

What a complete lie you post about not receiving the samples.. I suggest you review your records, before making false statements. TMI confirmed that had received the samples and they were being processed, but nothing was ever received. You take peoples money directly or through a 3rd party and fail to deliver on what you are providing..

Thank you reaching out David, we can see that we have contacted you twice to let you know that your sample has never arrived with us, this may be due to the fact it was sent with Royal Mail during the global pandemic, however we do understand how frustrating this can be.
As this test was not actually purchased through us as discussed on email, we are not in a position to refund you, so if you do not want to send another sample for testing, we would recommend speaking to the company there.

Incorrect results
Firstly it took a month to get the results. I had to live chat with them and suddenly the results appeared in my inbox while I was on the phone! I've had needle allergy testing done at the hospital for certain items but I thought this may be useful to know if I have any other general allergies. I'm very allergic to 5 things - 1 of which causes an immediate reaction when I'm in contact. NONE of these things showed up on the test results!!! My hospital testing was done on my arm and the reaction showed up on my skin (swelling, redness etc) so that cannot be mistaken. I'm certain that either these tests are made up or they're someone else's. How can they not detect things I know I'm allergic to?!! They're apparently getting back to me with an answer for all this, but I really don't see how they can explain it

Your blood sample is then exposed to a panel of food and non-food items. If a reaction is recorded, you have an allergy, and using IgE blood analysis, this is the most accurate testing available.
The allergy test is an immunoassay that determines the levels of antibody reactivity against specific allergens. Our tests are able to determine levels of antibodies against specific allergens. Using a test blotting procedure and a 2-spot blood card, the test is very similar to ELISA offered by market leaders.

If I could give 0 stars I would I paid…
If I could give 0 stars I would.
I paid for the full allergy test of 800 different items and received only 30 Results. When I asked where my full results were. After a full month of chasing it up I was told they only give the results that test higher than 85%. When looking at other friends results from different company’s they have received their FULL results of everything tested intolerant or not so I would go somewhere else for a full test.

That’s alright saying it now but when you pay for an 800 item test you expect to receive information on the 800 items not just a select few that I have an over 85% intolerance to I would want to see my tolerance to everything I will not be wasting any more of my money with you as I think it’s a waste of time and money.
