To clarify, you have chosen to mix two very different tests, which we do explain in our test facts for the hair testing, that the hair tests (Bioresonance Therapy) are categorised as Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAMs) covering therapies that fall outside mainstream medicine. Conventional medicine does not currently recognise Bioresonance as it has not been subject to significant scientific research. Bioresonance reports and related information do not make a medical diagnosis nor is it intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health providers if you have a medical condition and/or medical symptoms. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it. Our blood testing was developed by a recognised provider of in-vitro diagnostic tests and they are accredited to ISO Standards. Our testing are performed using ELISA technology (This is a globally recognised and documented technique and has been established for laboratory analysis for over 40 years being universally accepted as reliable and trustworthy). Our strict internal Quality Management Systems means that all samples within the laboratories have full traceability from the moment of receipt by way of the unique code allocated at the point of purchase. We use automated systems to track the sample throughout the laboratory based on the label attached to the submitted sample. However, I can also see in your message correspondence with Emily on the dedicated Customer Service team that you have now decided to get a refund. As your father purchased this from Wowcher, he will need to speak directly to them to arrange the refund, as you'll understand we do not handle the refunds for this third party gift site. I can also see you chose not to engage with our 24/7 LiveChat team who are dedicated to helping every customer, even with Wowcher queries. Thanks for reaching out Mr Holland. We're dedicated to offering a high level of customer satisfaction, which is why each of our blood testing kits is sent with full tracking. The first kit was not sent as explained by Emily, your payment was stuck in processing. Until we received payment, we were not able to send the kit. The second kit was then dispatched to you on the 5th March (Tracking information QV464146239GB). On the same day (Friday) you then said 'If it hasn't arrived by tomorrow (Saturday) I'd like to be refunded please.' As this is sent normal post with Royal Mail, it would not have got there the next day, and we're pleased it did arrive on Monday. Unfortunately you replied and said 'The kit finally arrived on Monday afternoon, however, i don't feel confident enough to proceed with the purchase'. As without standard protocol, we did ask for the kit back, so that we can give a full refund, at which point, you reached out via a 1 star review on Trustpilot. We're a very hard working team, however we are bound by the limitations of Royal Mail, as you'll have agreed to in the Terms and Conditions. We thank you, and we're sorry we have not been able to help.

I have looked into your results and seen that the mistake probably comes from because you ordered under your blog email, however requested the results for Evelyn and Ethan to go to your private email address. I can see on your test form that the email written on the card begins with suchamprasong@ however you requested on Customer Service to have them send to suchanprasong@ (N and not m) which the team amended and sent over to you immediately.
