I liked the ability to access the materials online. I, however, did not like the rude feedback that I received from some of the essay graders. The feedback in those instances were not helpful and were not insightful. Instead, the comments sought to put me down rather than lift me up with a step by step analysis of why my practice essay needed improvement. Do not waste your money! This bar prep program is far from being number one like it claims. In response to reply: I did not pass because of your service. I passed because of Mary Basick’s book and my own focus and determination. I think the fact that you posted this response reflexively, rather than trying to inquire about your grader’s exact words, should show potential customers how you approach criticism of your product. I do not mind criticism if it is instructive. I do mind criticism that does not detail how I can improve. Do not try to claim credit for my passing though. I passed despite your inferior product and not because of it.

This bar prep course was convenient, easy to use, and above all, effective in preparing me for the bar. I studied much less per day than my friends taking other bar prep courses, and yet I felt adequately prepared for the test. The mobile oriented nature of this program also allowed me to study while on the go and maintain all of the other responsibilities I had to deal with. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone prepping for the bar.

Amazing course! They are very thorough. They take the time to teach you the principles to effectively and strategically solve each problem on the LSAT. They taught me that every single problem is solvable. Just work on timing and accuracy and complete every question and resource they have available. They are full of them! Now that I’ve gotten accepted into Villanova Law School, I’m going to move forward in paying for the course for BARMAX to start preparing for the BAR from now! Thanks so much LSATMAX. I’ve used BarMax to prepare for the bar exam and have nothing but good things to say about them. As a foreign lawyer working full time, passing the bar seemed to be an almost impossible task. BarMax gave me the flexibility and the tools to succeed. Special kudos to my tutor Celeste Boles!

A coworker who had passed the bar a few years prior recommended the Barmax question bank. I purchased such and went through almost every single one of those questions. I must say that the use of former bar questions FAR surpassed the “allegedly” similar questions from Kaplan or Themis in terms of preparation. (REAL QUESTIONS >>>> those bogus questions that the Kaplan and Themis tutors write) When I was taking the actual MBE portion of the bar, it felt like routine because I was so accustomed to the question formats, calls, and answer choices. It worked to a T. As a customer, I wish to commend the fact that the company uses actual MBE questions for that exact reason. Second, I’ve seen the Youtube ads and chuckle because the other huge benefit that I appreciated was the versatility. I downloaded the app and was able to answer practice MBE questions from the question bank on my phone allowing me to study literally anywhere ranging from the side of the pool, to the porcelain throne, to the DMV waiting area, etc. I passed my bar exam this time around with flying colors including a WAY higher MBE score. I intend to recommend Barmax to every one of my friends/colleagues/law students who either failed this time around or have yet to take their Bar exam. Thank you. Barmax proved to be absolutely worth it. Last thing: the T-Shirt they sent with the practice book and question bank is a great workout shirt but I want another one. Where can I buy another one?

The only way to pass the bar exam is by meeting Mehran and his team, and using the Testmax system. I believe Testmax is the only program with thousands of real MBE questions. When you do enough of these, you see the pattern of the bar, and are well on your way to success. Do not waste your time on courses that do not offer real MBE questions, essays, and MPTs. After multiple tries, to think that this is what I was missing, I passed with flying colors.

I worked with four TestMax tutors over the last week ahead of my 1L finals and greatly improved my outcome. I previously studied science and the meandering approach to teaching by exploring wrong directions left my head spinning--and I would have had a hard time passing my core classes. The TestMax team refined my understanding where I had built a good mental model, but mostly rebuilt my knowledge from scratch. I would not have been able to do it on my own. I will gladly use TestMax again next semester!
