I had high hopes for LSAT Max
I had high hopes for LSAT Max, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I found the content to be lacking in depth and not as comprehensive as other prep courses I’ve tried. The explanations were often confusing, and the platform itself felt clunky and outdated. While some might find it helpful, I personally didn’t see any significant improvement in my practice test scores. The customer service was very disappointing. For the price they charge, I expected much more. I would recommend exploring other options before committing to LSAT Max.

CAUTION BUYING
Be VERY careful about dealing with this company. I intended to purchase lifetime access to LSATMax as a gift for someone. The company locked the account and informed me that type of purchase violated their policy. I was never made aware of it and tried to get a refund. Since I had already paid, they would not give me any type of refund, and essentially told me I should have read the fine print better. They have since then ghosted me and refuse to respond anymore. When a company is this far away from any type of customer satisfaction, I would not recommend anybody to do business with them. This is especially true for people intending to join the legal field. The company is self-serving and does not even attempt to assist with problems.
As devil’s advocate, the reason I purchased the program was because they seem to have very high success rates. Although the company will scam people out of any dollar, I still believe they likely do a good job prepping for the LSAT. If their policies are combed through and strictly followed, it would likely produce good results. However, there are other popular companies for LSAT prep, and I would recommend trusting them with your business over this company.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! They refused to honor their refund guarantee even after I did all of their online modules, some more than once. I met all of the criteria, yet for any reason they can make up, they won't honor the refund. All you should expect is dubbed over online videos for over $1000, so stay away. Spend a couple hundred and purchase the LSAC subscription, save money and trouble.

Hi Damon, our apologies for your disappointment but our Higher Score Guarantee comes with specific requirements. The most important is the requirement that you complete the LSATMax course.
In your case, you completed 2 practice LSATs, a couple of daily drills but you never even completed the free trial portion of the course. Your refund request was denied for this reason.

Do not be fooled
I was told my subscription would have a lifetime access. That was false! I can't even confront the salesperson because he no longer works there! Now that I am actually ready to take the bar exam, all the materials have been removed and I cannot use them. So much money thrown away with this deceiving company. I reached out and all they say is they have no records. I was lied to by this company. The little info I did see was not great. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Based on your reply: as previously mentioned in numerous emails, your representative Matthew indicated it was unlimited access. I currently DO NOT have access as you claim and I have emailed Justin, another rep, many times telling him this already and he has not replied as of today.

Hi Yudi, you purchased BarMax California Limited Access on February 3, 2023. This purchase gave you instant access through the February 2024 bar exam (since we ignored the February 2023 exam due to the proximity of your purchase to that exam date).
Since you currently have access to BarMax California, we are not sure we are following your review here. If you are having issues accessing the course, please call Customer Service at 855-483-7862.
If you would like to access BarMax California after the February 2024, you can upgrade to our Lifetime Access course.

Difficulty cancelling purchase
I am currently trying to request a cancellation of the services. I ordered it by mistake for my son and tried to rectify it within10 minutes of ordering it due to him not wanting the program at this time. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to reach someone. I haven't heard from anyone. I keep getting messages like: it's busy this time of year, or someone will get back to me. During this time, my son has to worry about affirm taking money from his account for a program he doesn't need at this time. So far, it's been three weeks. Hopefully, they will take care of this.

It would seem, however, that your son enrolled in our program if he is concerned about Affirm since you are not able to enroll on behalf of someone else using Affirm.

Analytics page doesnt work, customer service is bad
The analytics page has not worked for me in over a month. I have reached out to customer support multiple times. Not only does it take a long time to reach anyone through the chat, but there does not seem to be a solution to my problem. I have received only an assurance that they will reach out "if" they receive an update on my issue. Would not recommend Barmax to anyone.

Misleading & Uncompromising
The business has landing pages dedicated to bar exams they do not provide full support. They have a small disclaimer that is easy to miss. If you are unfortunate enough to be lured in, they will not provide a refund. I attempted to get one and the so-called "support staff" merely argued with me. Stay far away.
