Staff was responsive and helpful. Was not able to repair TK-01 but replacement offer very reasonable. Issue was the milk frother but since I don't use it very often I chose not to repair. Continue to use expresso and Americano

We love our TK Demi. It brews the drinks we love perfectly. It's simple and easy to maintain compared to more complex machines we've had in the past. The beans we subscribe to are delicious, we love dark roast. And when we had an issue on the website, customer service was swift and efficient. So far, we love Terra Kaffe all around.

The machine is fantastic, don’t get me wrong. The company seems to be run by a bunch of inexperienced entrepreneurs that woke up one day and decided to sell espresso machines. Customer service is nonexistent. I tried for days to get someone to answer the contact phone number which cuts you off after a message informs you how busy they are. Email has taken over 10 business days for a reply. How will I ever get help on my extended warranty if I ever need it is shocking now that I bought three years worth. Big mistake for me.

We just moved to a new office after 20 yrs. Need a coffee brew system that was not generic. TerraKaffe has a "rent" program so we could try it out. I never knew how many coffee snobs i had in office until we stayed using the TK-02. Staff love it! I have joined the subscription program for office to allow for easy of service.

I purchased the Terra Kaffe Demi as a Christmas gift for myself! I could not be happier with the product! The coffee I brew each day is delicious! I love the various settings for size and strength. I was very undecided as to what to purchase and love everything about this machine! The customer service is also outstanding. If I have an issue or a question, the response is within the same day often within a few hours. If you are looking for an espresso or drip coffee machine, you will not regret this purchase. I truly look forward to my cup each morning. The only downside is that I’m probably drinking too much coffee! It’s that good and easy to use!

Great customer care. I purchased my first TK-02 and loved it. Makes great coffee, easy to maintain, my wife loves the cappuccino option. When we started having trouble with the cappuccino function, we sent it in and they sent me a machine with less hours at no charge (warranty had expired) since ours could not be repaired.

We have owned both the Terra Kaffe 1 and 2 for many years. We love them both. The machines deliver consistent, quality espressos. We use Nut Milks for our Cappuccinos and Lattes and the Barista blends foam perfectly. Great customer service, also.

We are extremely pleased with our TK-02 machine, which we’ve owned for about 10 weeks. Our previous Miele CM6150 served us well for eight years, and we initially planned to replace it with a newer version of the same model—until we learned about Terra Kaffe and had the opportunity to see one in person at a local coffee store. The TK-02 is much easier to maintain and requires less weekly cleaning, as the brew unit is not removable and does not need to be rinsed. The app is excellent for applying personalized settings, and the touchscreen makes drink selection quick and intuitive. The machine is also aesthetically pleasing on the counter. Most importantly, the drinks taste great. The ability to dispense hot water and steamed milk are additional features we really appreciate.
