The consent banner doesn't comply with Google's EU consent policy. We spent time and money implementing it only to be told by Google that it's not compliant and we we need to customise the consent banner to say “cookies are used for ads personalisation". I contacted Termly customer service, but they just told me the banner can't be customised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Paul. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our customers to further improve our processes and services. Our legal team is reviewing this and we ask that you provide/share with us the email you received from Google. We need to see your settings to check if you have followed the steps in setting up the banner correctly, according to Google. Also, I would like to mention that Termly is listed as one of Google's recommended Consent Management Platform integration and our banner copy was drafted in line with legal requirements and Google's requirements for publishers. If you can provide us with the email, we'd be glad to investigate this further and get back to you with an update. Also, for additional information, you can check our support article detailing how you can ensure that your Termly CMP works with Google Ads. https://support.termly.io/en/articles/8386939-how-can-i-ensure-that-my-termly-cmp-works-with-google-ads Our customers are the heart of our business and again, we appreciate you taking the time to share a review with us.
