Love the detail provided for the creation of documents! I just wish that you had a way to print and/or download the documents. You can only upload them to your website.

Edit: Termly reached out to me and let me know they were having some technical difficulties with their scanner. Everything is up and running now. I’m honestly very impressed by their customer service. They did everything in the power to fix the issue and compensate me for the issues I experienced. They also reached out the day after I submitted my reviews. I am upgrading to four stars. My only issue is that this wasn’t addressed and resolved during my initial support request. I have another website I need policies for and I will be using them again. Original review: Truly a disappointment. I paid for the the Pro version but can't get the cookie banner to work. The website scan needed to enable the cookie banner fails every time. I have reached out to customer support and they send me the same instructions that I can find in the help section. I had already tried these steps as I'm not a moron. I have told them it still fails to scan. Even let them know the hosting method I'm using. I have not receive a response in over a week. At this point I have paid for almost nothing. I could have created my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on my own. I paid for this for the cookie banner. I have experienced additional issues as well. An error encountered when updating my Terms & Conditions. If I now tried to update them, they are completely blank and I have to answer all of the questions again. There have been multiple times were the policies have not loaded on the respective page on my site. At the very least there should be a manual option of setting up the cookie banner. Relying on a scan that may not work, customer service that will ghost you bc they don't know how to fix the issue and subsequently having paid for nothing, is egregious.

Very user-friendly and fast generation of policies. A drawback is that the policies are only available in English.

We purchased the PRO+ upgrade and spent the next two days without policies because of a problem at Termly. The engineers never fixed the issue. We finally created a new account, upgraded it to PRO+ (paid for it) and recreated all our policies. Terms did refund the fee for the upgrade of the first account and so far our services are working, but the aggravation and lack of a resolution by Terry is unacceptable. UPDATE: Four days after we solved the problem for Termly, we received a call from Josh, apologizing for Termly's multiple customer service failures. Josh did refund the PRO+ fee for 2022/2023 and we agreed to keep a credit card on file for a renewal one year from the date of opening the new account. Josh did indicate that Termly may be willing to add a State Registration Disclosures for public charities soliciting donors to their available products. If they were to do this successfully and keep the service running as promised, this review that started as ONE STAR and became THREE STARS would jump back to FIVE STARS. I hope I will be adding a second update and 2 more stars to this review soon. UPDATE #2: No great surprise, Termly actually cares what is written in Trustpilot reviews. ONE MORE STAR!!!!! We are still holding the last star for Termly to extend policy support to Not for Profits (state disclosures page).

Edit:- They have now updated their system to include regional spelling variations which is a breath of fresh air. It's now much more appropriate for UK businesses. It's still a bit clunky to use, however I would now recommend it! -- Not suitable for the UK. Despite having options for UK documentation, American terminology and spelling makes these documents inappropriate for UK organisations. Since they have turned off the ability to copy and paste from their website, it's difficult to transfer documentation into an editor to correct these problems and can only be achieved with browser plugins.

Honestly it's pretty good, They are a really professional service and they think of everything when it comes to releasing your mobile iOS app. The only reason I gave this 5 stars because it would be cooler if we had more control on the style of the documents. There arent manmy fonts to choose from and the whole flow of changing your doc style could been more intuitive. But overall, really good service
