Termly is great and still improving, catching up with all U.S. State Laws and, somewhat slower but still in time, with the UK, EU and EEA laws and regulations. Support confirmed they are working on different languages, which I'm hungry looking out for. In fact, I'm waiting for this for another account, EU based, in the Dutch language, but after a year, we're still at the same point. Another point of attention is, that I'd like to be able to customize an url without the termly-domain in it as a Pro member, to the website-page, I've created and redirect to it, but that seems not possible (yet). That are the only two things that makes the score a 4-star instead of a 5-star. Nevertheless: + their customer support is wonderful in knowledge and client-friendliness + their updates regarding the laws- and regulations for the U.S., UK, and EU/EEA are far better then I've seen with some competitors (although there are others that are doing quit well too, of course) I recommend Termly, even for legal professionals, because it's created and observed by attorneys and legal professionals, but no professional or attorney can do all disciplines and keep up with the fast changing laws in online compliance world-wide (allright, except attorneys that specialize in it, of course :-)) Thank you, Termly, team, creators, and observers. Good service by chat. Unfortunately the tutorial on their page hasn't full information how to properly set up their service by Google Tag Manager.

Patient as I have some knowledge but needed to understand the process whereby you scan a site to setup the cookie policy. Answered my questions. I signed up after the call so the proof is in the result.

the answer speed was a little slow, especially in the beginning when I had to resubmit the support pin a few times cause it expired when they got to my prev emails, but towards the end it was acceptable. Most importantly, they went to a considerable length to help me out, contacting the support agents of other services instead of delegating that to me

Great service, except if you need to get support from a human. It is very difficult to find any contact info, and the one phone number that I found on your site didn't work. I had to google to try and find the right info, and then the support that I got was great. But it would have been nice if there was clear info on your site about how to reach you.

While it took a few back and forth try’s to set up the customer service meeting with Philip once we got on the call he and Lesley were helpful and engaged, walking me through Termly and it’s features. Lesley especially was knowledgeable and integral to being on the call for expertise and experience. She and Philip are following through quickly on the next steps out of our call.

very organized dashboard, set up was friendly for first time users. Wish the prices were more affordable for small business owners with small revenue but it is a good service overall and more affordable than their competitors. I am glad I found this service.

Termly provides a fantastic experience for getting boilerplate legal documents generated and created. I am very pleased with their service. However there are some gaps in their services which I wish would be better. Firstly, in some cases the address of our company rendered incorrectly or had underscores where parts of the address that aren't relevant were omitted. Secondarily, The HTML snippet that is outputted from the policy generators is very non-standard html. It does not validate as valid HTMl and uses non-standard HTML elements. For example instead of using a heading tag, a div tag with a class of heading is added. This makes integrating the HTML snippets into our website difficult. Thirdly, In some cases some text isn't suitable for us, so it would be great if there was a feature to strike certain paragraphs to prevent them from appearing in the generator. These items are all items that I could get around and resolve but it would be great to see solutions for them in Termly's system.
