Customer service is outstanding. I think the template is mostly easy to navigate and to understand with a small level of patience. I'm not tech savvy and I was able to figure it out. The price is reasonable, particularly because the terms auto update as language and terms update. Also, I signed up with a trial price - that sealed the deal for me. I'm no longer on the plan as I have switched web services and it's included. I've reached out on different occasions via email and receive a response in a very timely manner and it's always thoughtful and professional. Totally legit operation.

Termly made it easy to make terms and conditions to publish my app on google play. Now, my app was quite simple but I'm sure their features would likely work well for large companies too I loved just filling the form and it generated it Their customer service is also quite good For instance, I had 2 projects for a time, but one of them was no longer relevant and I needed to close it. But I was disorganized and put off doing that. A charge came for that, and I sent an email a few days later explaining the issue. I got a refund for the charge for project i no longer use! This is very nice of them given it is technically my mistake!

Termly is so easy to setup. I use Webflow and it was an easy integration. I contacted customer support with low expectations and not only was a real person available in minutes but, after troubleshooting, a technical person joined and provided the solution I needed. I highly recommend Termly because of their easy of use and their excellent customer support.
