Liars!! The technician gave me a time for service (10 am). He then called me two days later to confirm for 7 am. When I told him that I was told 10 am, he wrote down that I cancelled, never told me that he put me down to reschedule. And now I have to cancel a hotel stay, which is non refundable, only to hear “we are sorry”. No sense of respect for the customer’s time and seemingly want to get you out of the way with no services.

We are pleased with our experience with Terminix, because of our current Technician, Alex Lyons. He always texted my wife, Michelle, and I prior to arrival. Alex has always been friendly and comforting. He is very professional, polite and he wore his mask. If for any reasons, Alex is not available, Terminix send somebody out and it is always very pleasant. They have excellent service and we are satisfied with Terminix. Michelle and Boubacar Ba. I had a big problem with mice a man named Jaylin came said my crawl space needed new insulation and it was very bad for my health that would cost me a few thousands then I needed the exclusions which was another few thousands and then I needed pest control. Total cost was over $7000. Jaylin made me pay with my credit card that first meeting. I decided to get a couple of opinions from others about my crawl space everyone said there was no need for replacement so I called to get that cancelled talked to the manager of the Beaverton Oregon office he was nasty and rude. Then one afternoon I look outside and see a guy spraying around my house Gary the pest control guy which I guess I had a year contract with him fortunately they only charged $199 every 3 months so I cancelled my credit card. Gary lives around the corner from me he put some glue traps around I swear every day I had mice on them but most days he was to busy to come remove them. I had a friend who had good luck with a company called eradicon based in Longview Washington I called for a $65 trip charge someone would come out and see the source where the entry was. I had one on the side of the house that they were going to the crawl space up to my garage he sealed that. A few months later I had a kitchen cupboard I was catching mice on the glue traps called immediately to Eradicon and another $65 for the trip charge he found the source under my sink a hole in the pipe he fixed that and I’m mice free!!! Terminix did nothing for me but wanted to rip me off fortunately I got all my money refunded except for the $199.

If I could give 0 I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’m out 1,100 bucks for a bed bug removal and they marked off treatments they didn’t even do. Excuse was “that’s how our system is set up” once I mentioned that I have Cameras and mentioned small claims court and having a child that is disabled & this is disrupting his health there demeanour changed. They have no clue what they are actually coming into as customer service doesn’t get all the information. So Almost 3 weeks later my issue still isn’t resolved but they’ve been paid. Only took 72 hrs to get a tech even though they advertise for 24 hrs response time. What a joke your better off buying kits from Lowe’s and doing yourself.

They were great on making an appointment and showing up on time and telling all about their service. That was the "Inspector & Pest Control Expert". He setup the appointment for the actual service technician to come out and do what needed to be done. Technician did show up but had no idea what are problems were. We told him that something was coming in to our garage and setting off our security motion detector alarm in our garage and it had to be larger than a mouse or rat. He still set rat traps and told wife he would be back in about 2 weeks. He never showed up so I called the "Inspector & Pest Control Expert" on Friday morning January 8th, and was told someone would be out on Saturday or he would be out the following Monday January 11. To this day no one has no one has shown up or called and its the 19 of January. We have not been presented with any contract in person or by email. The only thing was the payment we gave to the technician. I will file complaints on them everywhere I can as I should not have or anyone else have to hunt them down for service!

Relative to the exclusion service, I concur with the other reviews. DONOT BUY! I have had several techs attempt to resolve. Each has a different reason as to why mice are still in my house. I recently contacted them December 7, 2020. I have yet to receive a call back. As to the quarterly service I am satisfied . Thst service is what confirms the non existence of exclusion

I have been using Terminix for my houses for over 10 years my house is recently built. I recently had some issues with mice this winter entering into our attic, I watch the service on my cameras, they usually spray around my house and leave. A day later I happen to receive a call from the service guy, I explained to him my observation and findings, dead mice, with tracks of mice poop in my basement in an unfinished part of the basement.... I was told he would send out an inspector no issue there. The inspector came out and explained what is needed. I was told a team would come out to home to get the job done. First issues, was cancellation and rescheduled several time, I put it to it was the holidays; 2 weeks later they service guy was due to arrive 8:30; 4 hours later 2 guys arrived, their truck and equipment kept breaking down, and they did not have the proper material or equipment to get the job done. This service or job is costing me several thousands $$$$ and I am still waiting for some materials to come in and to complete yet a job that was supposed to take 2 days is now 3 weeks+ and counting. I cannot blame the workers, as they are working for this know big name company, who has crappy machines, constantly not working and breaking down. I was told we need some rodent traps out side. I informed terminix, that is yet another fee. I will cancel my service.

They schedule you an inspection for certain time frame, their inspector shows up at whatever time he wants without notice, leaves a business card, called guy left voicemail, never called back or showed up at scheduled time. Called terminix per them he was coming at 7pm, yeah 7pm to inspect, never showed up. Waste if time, unreliable since the first approach.
