Rate them 0 I get upset just thinking about it again. Way to long to reiterate all of it. Originally called them for some very tiny bugs in the bathroom that I could not get rid of. I was worried they were termites. That's supposed to be their specialty! Sales guy says he has no idea what those are and dismissed them as a water bug because of the area. Did not want to venture to fix the problem. Wanted to see the basement sills area. I thought that was to check for the origination of the little bug in the bathroom. Nope. Showed me the nasty insulation with mice what-ever in it and how it aggravated allergies. I have an allergies so so I wanted them ALL replaced and sanitized, including the bump out closets sills. Could that be done; he said, yes. Then the attic insulation was very old and probably as bad as the sills, so I said ok remove and replace. He said blown in is what they do. Also paced the outside of the house. Supposed to fill every hole, including the holes in the cement step areas with steel wool and a rodent deterrent foam. Also the corners and bottom of last row of the siding, was to have same foam stuff infused. Summary: The first go-round the crew didn't even have all the information or the supplies for the job as the Sales Rep informed us they would accomplish. In basement they did not remove the contaminated insulation around the attic chimney, blew in the insulation and left us stuck with the pick insulation around the chimney in the basement. The outside of house pretty good. The basement sill (reclamation) was really bad. Don't know if they ever sanitized anything. Actual piles of mice dodo and dead mice, with mice crap in more places than we could take pictures of. About half of what was supposed to be done was done in a very sloppy manner. the pad insulation was put in backwards with the plastic to the basement instead of the bricks. I complained with pictures (which I still have) they agreed to come back and finish. 2nd round they "still left the original pink contaminated insulation under the bump out closet." I told them what they, yet the 2nd times did not correct. ($1500 charge) And, we were constantly having to clean up behind them. I should have taken them to court. We finally had to buy the supplies and protective gear to change it out ourselves. Around $150/$200. I said in lieu of the problems I didn't want them to revisit for anything and stop anything associated with the contract. They kept showing up. did nothing but they kept showing up. They are bashful about billing. For 2nd time, texted and told their agent to take me off database and not to contact me in any way; phone, mail or representative. Today March 10, 2021 received a Renewal Notice that wants $200.00 This company needs some legal type of discipline. Alabama has the right idea.

This company is the worst missed appointments, service paid for but never performed, bad customer service and a general lack of professional behavior. Had an appointment for a termite treatment technician never showed up. Called the office and they told me that they were unable to perform the service I paid for and they would contact me when they could perform the treatment of my home....bad company.

I had to drop them. The only good thing that they do is advertise. The guys come out and treats the area. I get ants days after he leaves. I call them back and it's seems as if they squirt water because the ants never leave. As soon as my contract ended I canceled. I will NEVER use them again.

Was a customer since 2013 and in the beginning they were so attentive. Punctual, thorough. Then progressively through the years EXTREMELY lazy. We had to keep calling back to redo treatment inside and out. Called for a manager to call us back for the last month. Leaving a message, every other day because we were getting ants. No calls back at all. Big mountain hills of ants in the lawn, spider webs everywhere. Just ridiculous. Ih and their cost went up as well. They would give you a special and then crank up the prices. Very disappointed, dissatisfied and unprofessional. We drop them.

By far the worst customer service experience I had in a long time. Their phone system and the people answering the phone are incompetent. I was disconnected 4 times, I finally reached a person in my area. They said they were at my house and sent a proposal. Both were lies. Don't waste your time. Call someone else

I wish I could give nothing!! Horrible horrible service and treatment for termites!!

Total rip-off .wish I never went with them .
