My Advice Switch to a new Termite company. Zero customer loyalty.
I rate this company a zero-no customer loyalty. I was told by a customer service agent at 1-855-485-6300 that the home had to be re-inspected for termites, which was done on Friday, June 26, 2026. I called back and was told the termite inspection was complete and that I could pay the Terminex bill. The agent refused to process my contract renewal or give me a local number to reach a person. I was informed that I would need to contact the person who performed the whole-house inspection to obtain a new Terminex agreement. Terminex inspected bait traps in November 2025. Forgot to pay the bill in December 2025 for renewal. All bait stations were in place; to top it off, my bait stations were old technology. Told I needed to negotiate a new contract. I need to talk to a branch manager. Terminex wanted to charge a whole new termite contract with outlandish prices. A new bait-station system would be installed, and they would drill holes in my driveway and porch to spray a liquid barrier. You would think this company, which offers termite protection, would guarantee its work. Went to a new termite company at 1/3 the price and got the latest technology in termite bait stations.
