“Let the Buyer Beware”- verbal commitments are not kept - Billing practices include payment posted as pending before the contract start date & (the 50% down at project start & the 50% payment at completion is withdrawn on the day of service)- Terminx committed to conduct an on-site project review & work assessment to be completed at the project completion there was no final review assessment or acceptance of onsite -no customer acceptance process & no end of project follow-up - no response to text messages or phone call voicemail messages - finance plans discussed at contract talks are not honored (0% interest for 90 days) - as committed by Terminx there was no finalized hard copy contract delivered -

I was billed for services I never received. The tech just drove by my house and took pictures for is invoice. He never set foot in my yard. I have it on my ring camera. I have been trying to get a refund for a month and have no success. My wife spoke to the manager and he sent the tech out we told him we no longer want their services just refund our money. We have tried contacting them and no response. The lady on the 1800 very nice takes my info but no calls back. I tried the text option and I get a response at 1 am in the morning. So basically out almost $400 for nothing. The same tech is on both recipes so I’m sure he is doing it to others in the area.

I got screamed at by Shannon for no reason, she was super rude then told me not to get upset when I gave her back her energy because she was so out of pocket. I don't appreciate being gaslit. People just never showed for appointments. Barry promised to help me with something so they could encapsulate my crawlspace but ghosted me last minute. They were rude and Angel took a glue trap with a dead mouse in it, crushed it and left it on my kitchen counter. All I received were apologies. I was in a bind, I have a weak immunity so I was worried about hanta virus and they just skipped spots and did weird things. Took advantage and more. I did get a lot of worries but they were never clear on appointments and follow ups

After many,many years and thousands of dollars spent, Terminix has been very dishonest and tried to get $1,400 from us! That's ✅️ right! The pest guy came to the property and stated that a UTILITY ROOM off the garage that is almost 70 years old, showed signs of mice and some termite activity. First, let me be clear that lots of sawdust and spills of cleaning products etc. have happened over the years. Im sure there is a rotting baseboard at this point. However, the two photos that he sent show NO sign of termites. Instead, they show exactly what I stated and some dirt, sawdust! There have been many projects over the years involving sawdust and greasy tools! Terminix wanted $1,400 to provide "treatment" for so-called evidence 🙄 and a new bond. Any other company will do it for half of that amount. Note, the main structures like the garage and house are perfect! They are not infested with any insects and yet are attached to this utility room that Terminix claims to have an issue with termite activity! Liars! I called their so-called customer service and got the run around and a lame excuse for escalation of paperwork that needed to go to my local branch. I will NEVER allow a company to rip me or my family off and Terminix is now on the list of companies to Not do any business with as they take advantage of long term customers. This has ended badly for them and I will tell the story and show the photos that they took to everyone I know.

Their technician sprayed me in the face with chemicals, had to get an attorney, very sad that they make you go to the lengths you do but hopefully no one else has had this happen to them, I’m very patient but people should know this happens

I have been a customer of Terminix for over 5 years for termite and regular pest service. The pest service is ok but the termite service is terrible, especially the last year or so.i have been told at least 4-5 different dates for them to do their annual inspection and refill of the bait traps. They have never shown up and more important they never notified me that they weren’t coming. I have called to see what is the problem and it is clearly their whole organization. I can’t wait to see when and if they will ever show up. They are without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with in years. I would stay away from them!

Carl Cole is the most polite, kind exterminator I’ve ever worked with. His work ethic is top notch! I highly recommend Carl and Terminix.

First: I have had this account more than 40 years service an 8 unit apartment complex.Service has declined substantialy over the last few years. Company has not fulfiiled agreed uopn contract. I have complained to upper management about this inadequate service with a failure on their put to respond. I am dropping this account for the above reason and would advise other prospective customers to avoid Terminix
