AND WE TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT THE SERVICE FOR SEPTEMBER 2022 BECAUSE IT HAD DONE NOTHING BUT MADE THEM WORSE FOR AUGUST 2022 AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE OUR CARD ANYWAY!! WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING? A SCAM? BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HELP US AT ALL AND WE WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN NOR WOULD WE EVER RECOMMEND YOU!!!!

Called Terminix as I notice a few small mice droppings salesman Matt came out on August 24, 2022 to give me an estimate which roughly $500.00 dollars. Pest control came the next day threw a few glue traps down one of those black traps and that is it did not even bother going upstairs. I had to call the same day after the service to habe them come back to go upstairs because I did pay for a service. Again did nothing but throw glue traps everywhere something I could have done myself. reached out the salesman Matt who said he could not help me he would have someone contct me. Received a call from someone who claimed to be a manager who in the background was speaking to the person who came out and performed the service. I explained to him everything that is and has been going since they came and after a few minute conversation he yelled youre not getting your money back and hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable! I will make sure that this never happens again.

THEY are terrrible. They said we had termites, which we did not. We had ants instead. Called them and they came out to get rid of ants. That failed. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a fraudulent contract. No call backs from locals. TERRIBLE. Do not get taken!

No. Just no. Horrible

I’d give them zero stars if it was an option! Horrible experience they couldn’t take care of a mouse issue that was very very minimum in fact they made it worse and then we had a rat issue that caused us to pay thousand in home repairs to fix the damages they must’ve came out 50 times on the “guaranteed plan” . When we called to tell them there was still an issue it would take a minimum of a week to two weeks for them to come back out causing more mice to be born….we ended up having to call another company in who took care of the issue in one shot! Then we didn’t respond to any emails to renew they automatically charged our account $200! Lastly customer service is extremely rude!!!

Had them put their termite bait systems in my backyard. Oh My God, what a joke. They lead people to believe that the termite bait system attracts termites and it does not. The story they told me was that termites get attracted to their bait systems and then they carry whatever it is supposed to be in it back to their termite family (the ones in our wall) and then they die. WHAT A LINE OF CROCK BULLCRAP) Oh my GOD! How do these people get away with such CRAP LIES! Well, I lost $1088.00 and I hope that anyone reads this and saves themselves from wasting any money. Oh and also I paid $150 to them to spray my house for bugs and the guy that came in my house stayed here about 5 minutes and sprayed but it did nothing. So, please don't waste any money with these thieves, because that is what they are.

On Monday they were supposed to come between 8-10am. No call, no show and the phone rep couldn’t get ahold of the tech. That night at 6pm I received a call from a local number saying he’s coming tomorrow between 10-12pm. Once again no call, no show and the phone rep couldn’t get ahold of this 2nd tech. Rep had no info, And said she does not know what is going on but understands why I would go with another company. Don’t waste your time or take days off of work for this horrible service.

The worst pest control company. No customer service skills. Liars, do not have as many techs as they claim to have. Management is very nonchalant. I asked for a refund. No services were performed. Terrible experience!
