I had an appointment with Terminex on 2 separate occasions where Terminex did not show up. This is bad enough but to make it worse the appointment was in a location 2 hours from home. Family members spent their time, and money to be there and missing other events to have them be a no show - 2 times!!! When calling their office there was absolutely no help in the long run and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. This is terrible and I would NEVER recommend Terminex to anyone!

THEY are terrrible. They said we had termites, which we did not. We had ants instead. Called them and they came out to get rid of ants. That failed. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a fraudulent contract. No call backs from locals. TERRIBLE. Do not get taken!

Had to call back multiple times throughout the three month period. The product does not last, we were constantly seeing something. There was always an excuse "it's the rain, it's the cold" ( No, we did not have an infestation, but we live by woods.) They specifically advertise that they provide rodent extermination/control. I had a mouse in my room and they gave me a glue trap. When I informed them that I had already tried this, he responded, "Mice are dumb." Obviously, it did not work and I had to catch the mouse by hand in a bucket. I wanted to make sure there were no rats in the garage because my dog kills them and they said there is nothing that they can do about that. (so what exactly am I paying for here?) I had several miscommunications about appointments. They changed them without notice. I asked them to come out and spray one last time before the 3 month term ended and they sprayed the inside and told me they couldn't treat the outside until the rain dried up. They came back to perform the OUTSIDE TREATMENT ONLY, and charged me for a new term of three months saying that it was a whole service performed. I have received countless bills and I called repeatedly and asked for management. It only took them 4 months to respond, only to tell me that I owe them an entire 3 months payment for the one OUTSIDE ONLY treatment they performed. Twice they were to perform a service and it was not done properly. I requested a refund for the service, canceled contracts, in September. Local manager would not respond to requests for him to contact me. Finally, a regional manager called me on 10/13/2022 and I was informed there would be no refund! Worst service and customer service, STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service. Badgering inspectors calling me 3 times in a row and texting me. I tell them I can’t talk and that I didn’t not have availability today and he comes back with oh you don’t? Really disgusting and I’d never do business with them

Very misleading and shady company that take advantage of customers by giving false information! I wish I would have come here first and read the reviews before trusting them in my home. I had a dry wood termite problem in several areas in my home. I called Terminix to come and evaluate and of course they said they would get rid of them for $1500. After seeing that I could not afford the $1500 they said "we know you need it and we can work with you and drop it to $900" I should have seen this as a red flag but didn't. I signed a agreement to do it in installments for 1yr and the first couple of weeks they came out 3 times because the termites would not die. Finally I had a contractor come and tear off the walls and remove the colony which also cost me an arm and a leg. I still havent paid my second payment with terminix and they refuse to cancle my payment agreement when they did nothing!! All they did was make the bugs move to different areas of my house. Stay away for Terminix!! Horrible customer service and just a shady company to deal with. Avoid them if you can.
