The service person of Terminix showed up to my house 1-2 hours later than the appointment window. Service was scheduled 10-12 am. He showed up after 1:30 Pm. He did some minor work (per him) outside which was negligible and not needed and I was clear with him to wait until I get home and despite that he did whatever work outside so he can charge me. I needed the service and requested it to be done inside my house. I contacted him many times afterwards and he promised to come and finish the service for charge free. Then he, Travis, stopped responding and never finished the service he is supposed to do. Charged me with 159 $ and they declined to refund me or finish the service. Please avoid them. Very poor service.

Terminix promised to resolve our flea infestation. The original treatment did not even kill adult fleas. We have been vacuuming and cleaning and waiting for a follow up. We were scheduled for Tuesday, and Monday morning we get a text that they were on the way, but they never came. Now they are saying that we missed the appointment. Tyler, an agent with Terminix, was especially unhelpful and pretty much called me a liar. It is not my fault that Terminix is poorly organized. I am the one suffering with fleas, and he was very rude.

Well my first week with them I wasn't too impressed with the guy that came to spray my house we got roaches galore I just saw a rat today so I'm supposed to have this house inspected tomorrow so they can figure out where the ropes roaches and the rats are coming in at any rate I'm trying to get them to come next week cuz I'm supposed to have them come back and spray the house again hopefully this time they'll do better granted when the first guy came we had all the crap in the house we had to clear it out so that it shouldn't be that hard but it didn't seem like he sprayed that good he's supposed to get inside the house the attic and outside and he only did just the inside and it smelled mainly in the kitchen the rest of the house didn't smell like it because I had to take everyone to the motel cuz my roommate has asthma and I got three cats and I didn't want them getting sick so now I'm trying to get ahold of them so they can reschedule for next week I wanted them to come Thursday but they messaged me earlier today and said they couldn't I was at work so I called after I got off of work hopefully they'll come Friday this house needs to be redone and done right

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to spray my house. I have home cameras..this guy didn't even spray! I called to complain about the lack of doing the job and even the branch manager in Rochester was horrible. Rude and arrogant..did NOTHING FOR ME! Now I'm out the money and didn't get ANYTHING for it! Please don't make the same mistake, YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Terrible! They charged me for the service that they never provided! Each time I called them they said sorry, we will send somebody but they never sent anybody!

They continually charged us for a subscription that we canceled and changed to a one time service. I was on the phone with them for MONTHS trying to get my money back and they continued to charge me and then refused me a refund. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone in charge. They literally stole my money and refused to give it back. Had no good explanation why or a breakdown of charges. NEVER USE THEM. I've been completely taken advantage of. Then I come to leave a review and see 100s of people with the same experience. Someone needs to stop them!

Terrible experience. First, the service simply does not work. More mice and ants after a year now than before. Talked to the service guy and he said they are here not to SOLVE pest problem, but to maintain the pest population as low as possible. What? When their representative knocked my door and signed the contract with me, he was not saying so. So I called CS because they have so called "100% money back guarantee", no, it is impossible to talk to some one who is IN CHARGE. They would ask you to wait for their decision. And that's it, no one ever called me back. I finally found a contact number of the local manager Kurtis 2 months ago and sent him several emails. No response yet. I will update my review once I heard something from him.com

Wish I would have read the reviews. My technician did not show up and the manager, Jerry will not return my calls. No one at Terminix can help. They told me to have a nice day. What a bunch of rubbish.
