Horrible!!! Please don’t Waste your time or money!!! Very disappointing!!!

I will not recommend terminix services they are not reliable also they go back in their word they came 11/21/22 that came only spray around the inside but they tell us because we have small Yorkie that we needed to put it in the rooms security and didn't do that room or outside now is 3 week we haven't found no change they are more alive than before and now they want to charge again before the month so it's not true that they come for free if we not satisfy

Worst service. Had an appointment in the Los Angeles County. The tech. decided to reschedule without prior notice and it was a huge inconvenience for me because we had to bag everything and move things.

Useless company. Sick and tired of getting the run around from these people. They take your money and thats the end of your service! They tell you when your appt is, no choice, nobody askes when it is convenient for you. They give you a time window and then their technicians ignore that time window and come when it suits them, probably a few hours later. They rebooked again same process they send you the time, but I called to say I would not be available as I would be out of town for thanksgiving. She said she would let them know and they would SEND ME ANOTHER TIME. Guess what apparently they never got the message(Ha ha) and the technician is continuously calling me to say he is at the house. Do not use this company.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection cleared my entire afternoon waiting for them. NEVER SHOWED!!!!! I called the support line they said they would try reaching out to the tech (no response) said they would have a manager call me okay waited an hour NOTHING. I called back and asked was the tech still going to make it or not, said they would reach out to him again, support said this time he did answer said he was running late (already an hour late from scheduled time) and he was still coming okay…. Waited another hour in a half NOTHING! I called support one last time they insisted I reschedule & a manager would contact me, well it’s been 2 days now and no manager has contacted me. GLAD I NEVER SIGNED a contract this company is a joke !

If I could leave a zero I would. We called Terminix because we had bedbugs and asked them if they could do a heat treatment because that’s the most effective. I was told absolutely we can do that we will be there tomorrow between 8 AM and 10 AM. The next day comes no one shows up at 10 so I called. I’m told oh no it’ll be noon, once again they didn’t show up. So I called again and they said I can’t get a hold of anyone. Finally around 1 o’clock someone calls and said I’ll be there in 45 minutes and I ask again about the heat treatment. He says no we don’t do that. And I told him that there call service told me they did. He said they tell people that just so we can go do a service for them. Ridiculous company

Horrible company ever never get rid of the problem and want to steal money from my account for service they never did and I did one time contract they signed me for one year contract and didn't want to cancel it upon my request if you signed a contract with them contact your bank before the steal money from you and they twist everything to get easy money from customers this what happens to me

We cancelled our contract because of selling the house. Figured that once a call is placed and told by the office person that the contract is cancelled all would be good. Low and behold our checking account was debited the monthly fee after we closed on the sale of the house. You can't get ahold of any manager, they won't make it right. We found out that this is an ongoing habit of debiting home owners accounts when their service has been cancelled. We had to notify the bank and have them blocked from stealing anymore money from us.
