They answered my questions accurately and in a timely manner. They also followed up to make sure my issues were resolved.

TenantCloud provides versatile and complete admin and financial tools to make operating a rental unit a streamlined endeavor. Payment processing is easy and accounting/reporting is easy. It would be nice though to make more of the rental admin tools available to users with fewer units who can’t justify the increased cost of the better software packages.

The ease of access to prioritized and separate accounts , building and duties very easy to use once you get use to it

As a Landlord, I looked all over for an affordable and reliable option, and TenantCloud exceeds all of my expectations! The option to sign leases online and have our tenants pay through autopay are two of my favorite features! We do both Commercial and Residential through their system and love every aspect. Their customer service is amazing as well!

One stop shop for managing my properties. Very affordable and easy to use. Any time I've had an issue it doesn't take very long to get it resolved. Great platform all around!

I don't think there was enough guidance for the changes made for payment options. It should have been a process for both the tenant and the property manager. It just changed and it has led to a lot of confusion for tenants
