waste of money!! Inaccurate information
It showed that a tenant didnt have an eviction but they did!!!! I paid for the premium and it wasn't accurate. Waste of money

It works but then it doesn't
It works but then it doesn't. There are a lot of unresolved bugs and issues that they say they are working on but they never get fixed. I've been using the software two years now and haven't seen a single improvement. They've only ever increased the monthly price and fees for payments and credit checks. I bring this stuff up and they blow me off with a canned response. Pass on this one. It's dieing a slow death. They're just milking it's final pennies and making zero investment in improvements or known issues.

Several technical Issues
The system may be user friendly, however it’s very evident this is a small group of people managing this startup. I left DoorLoop in hopes of having a better experience, however I may as well have remained at DoorLoop. I used the tenant cloud trial to test out the functionality and was unable to do so. My company was verified to receive payments, then it wasn’t, then it was verified again, and then it wasn’t. I never really received any help with the issue rather they required me to submit a chat ticket and I did so several times but still did not receive the assistance I needed. So I canceled. A big waste of time.

Upon checking, we see that all your tickets were responded to, but unfortunately, the additional documentation was not received by our team. There are particular requirements for Online Payments account verification that are set by the payment processor and we cannot bypass them. Once you upload new documents or make any changes to the Online Payments account, you may see a successful verification for a moment. However, that is a temporary verification that appears while your information is being checked.
