Working with tenant cloud has always been seamless and any issue has always been resolved promptly

One of the best things about TenantCloud is their customer service. Every time I have an issue they are so helpful and kind as they walk me through solving the issue.

I have been using Tenant Cloud for going on 2 years. It makes my life easier as it is an automated system that allows tenants to pay through a portal. It is much more efficient than me tracking all my tenants down for payments. It automatically sends reminders and automatically applies late charges. This software pays for itself.

Ease of use! Super helpful support team that replies quickly. A change I would love to see soon: multiple languages!! It would make a HUGE difference with my current and prospective tenants.

I've been using TenantCloud for several years now. It's thoughtfully organized and offers everything I need in a property management system. I'm happy, my owners are happy, and my tenants are happy. I can't imagine doing it any other way.

Tenant Cloud has been terrific. The system is vey detailed and can be overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, the experience is awesome. The best way to connect with them is through their Chat feature or online ticket request, both have been great and very helpful. I appreciate how they are always trying to improve and make their platform more user-friendly. Thanks Tenant Cloud!

When I initially got tenant cloud in 2019 it was perfect I had full access as a property manager, my clients could view their owner portal and the tenants could view their tenant portal. I created leases, reports. I had the options of many payment options for my tenant and even a full detailed website that I worked on proudly to perfect my site, it even included free listings.( with the increase in price my previous website was destroyed and deleted without me knowing including my about me section that took time) I loved that it was focused on the mobile app and was a property management software that was great for mobile users . It was nice for small companies or landlords because, I don’t have an office or a huge portfolio and im generally on the go when working. At the time I paid $7.99 a month and was completely satisfied. Fast forward to 2022 the price has gone up from $9 to $12 a month and all the features I said most of them are gone, they say they’re doing it to keep up with the rise of costs but why take features away?? I’m already paying more, why should I have to pay more for less and more problems that go months without being addressed? (I can’t assign an owner to their property on the app or mobile browser and it has been an issue that was not corrected since May when I put the ticket in). let’s not even get into the hassles of having the tenants pay on the app, i honestly don’t even use the app to process payments it’s ridiculous. The team is small I believe of three people so it’s not like when you have an issue they provide much assistance that can be handled by them. They always have to forward a ticket to the developers. It’s never any type of reconciliation for their issues or inconveniences. It’s never an adjustments to my monthly price for these issues. In fact your reward is higher prices with less features. This company is ran like a small business itself in the sense that it doesn’t have the ease of having extended live support or even live chat support, or the professionalism that customer resolution and satisfaction is the number one goal like a lot of the bigger property management software companies, yet they continue to go up on their prices to compete with these companies. The price isn’t as expensive as most with their “growth” plan being $40 but with many flaws and weird support times, lack of customer care. I am desperately searching for another company I honestly don’t even care about paying more

Thank you for letting us know about your experience using TenantCloud. We feel sorry for any inconvenience you have faced with our system. We did an update where we changed the pricing policy back in 2021. We understand that it may not be a pleasant change. We have improved and redesigned the features and the system in general to provide a better service for our users. Thus, some of the features may not be included in the same way as they used to be in the previous pricing policy. All our users received email notifications regarding the policy change as well we posted the update with a full explanation of how it would work in our Blog. You may check it here: TenantCloud New Pricing Explained. We are more than willing to help you and we have phone, ticket, and chat support. Our support reps were assisting you with phone and ticket support. One of the issues you were referring to, is already fixed. Regarding the app, our team is working on fixing it and it is almost done. Sometimes the issue lies in other parts of the site so trying to trace it down can be tough. Unfortunately, some issues cannot be resolved by a support manager as they should be passed on to the dev team for investigating and fixing the issue on the front or back ends of the system. We hope for your understanding and again, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience.
