Unwilling/unable to safely ship bedframe, refused to used any courier other than UPS. They ship loose metal pieces in a box, and are surprised they bend. Then they refused to publish a review on their website.

Ordered 2 king size cooling pillows, they do not cool and they smell musty. Called customer service to see about exchanging them. No such luck! Completely unhelpful! BEWARE! No returns or exchanges. Sub par company, sub par product. And not inexpensive! If you can’t stand behind your product you shouldn’t be in business. Other companies offer 60 day guarantees! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TEMPURPEDIC. Never again.

I ordered and received two of the Temper-Cloud pillows this week and then Tempur-Pedic sent me a email for a Buy one get one on the same pillows so I ordered them. I was waiting for delivery when they sent me a email stating that they needed my credit card statement ,my drivers license and also my address was incomplete ( I just received two pillows this week). My question is why do this to customer??? What a scam!!!

I ordered a bed and frame directly from Tempur-Pedic. It was delivered on time, That was the only positive thing I can say about this company. Upon delivery, they took away my old mattress and put it in their dirty truck. They began to set up the bed and real that the had been damaged as well as the bed frame. I tried contacting the company immediately trying to find a resolution. No one was available, they said it will take four to six days before someone will get back to you after they evaluate what the situation is. They said I can refuse delivery. I informed them that they already took away my mattress, and did not feel comfortable after it had been in their truck. They took down my concerns and told me someone will get back to me. Under the circumstances, I was forced to take the bed as is marking clearly that it was damaged upon delivery. I have still not heard back from them, I have made multiple contacts online and through telephone. They told me the same story that is being processed. I do not recommend this company for anybody. In further research I realized that this is more common They're not.

I purchased an adapt mattress with a 10 year warranty and after 6 years the mattress has a large void on the edge where springs are actually visible. Contacted warranty department and they denied the warranty saying that I didn't have a mattress cover on it to protect it. I had one on it since day one and took it off for warranty picture. Horrible quality and even worse customer service.

I believe these mattresses and anything affiliated with tempurpedic is a SCAM! Just because it is name brand does not make it good quality! I’ve had more back pain in the 3 months I’ve had the hybrid pro adapt mattress, than I have in my entire life. There is no chance I can exchange even though I have the warranty. The only way of that is if there is a manufacturer warranty, aka the memory foam on the surface sinks more than 1.5 inch from the far bottom of the mattress. This is the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in. The one we tested in store had to be atleast 5 years old or a different mattress. Absolute worst and stupidest 5k ever spent! Do not fall for this scam!!

Do not buy Tempurpedic neck pillows. They are not as advertised. Quality is extremely flimsy with no support. Sizing directions for the neck pillow on the website are outright wrong. According to their instructions, I measured for a small pillow. This pillow has absolutely no support to it and my head actually tilts backward when I lay on it. They will not allow returns on pillows. Just on mattresses.. how does that make sense? Waste of money. Do not buy Tempurpedic neck pillows..

We purchased our mattresses three years ago, one mattress was defective and we were able to use our 10 year warranty. The problem begins to use the warranty you do not speak to a person. The entire process is via email and online portal. We had our mattress removed, and now have two days where we will not have a new mattress delivered. We called to speak to the company to try to get the mattress delivered. At least the next day, experiencing just one day without a mattress. It was told to me it was not possible to speak to someone to get a mattress for delivery in the next day. It was too late. I think the system itself should be updated so that it would not allow an order to be processed when removal and delivery are separate. Additionally, the system does not have any person who can override a command or actually speak to a person about an issue. When purchasing a quality mattress and using a company that is known for its quality of service is extremely disappointing to have this issue we’re now we have to have two days of no mattress when we have issues and purchased this mattress for that reason.
