After trying to get a walk in appointment at my doctors office. Friday morning only to find out they couldn't see me until Monday. Which is not going to work for me. I was experiencing very bad back pain. To the right side of my flank area. I'm assuming this is a kidney infection. Since I have experienced this problem before. And if anyone knows what a kidney infection feels like. It's very excruciating pain, intolerable. So I reached out to TelMed, online. After feeling out all of my details. And symptoms they were able to help me. They responded to my questions and concerns immediately. They passed my information on to a medical provider. And with in a hour or 2. They notified me that the doctor has approved me. For some antibiotics and that they would be sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I was so excited and grateful at the same time. This is not a pain that you want to deal with. I give TelMed a 5 star review.
