I paid 79.95 for doctors appointment and to get meds however I kept on getting the run around and got no assistance. I paid a fee for services not rendered. I reached out several times requesting a refund however they kept on going back and forth with me . Very unethical behavior.

It was quick. I was understood. I never felt scammed . I got the meds I needed to my pharmacy 30 mins after the call ended. Not one thing to complain about.

I need it my medicine right away, I was running out of medicine I contacted them and they replied back in minutes, answer all the questions and the send the medicine to my pharmacy.

They were very accommodating, efficient and competent. They got back to me in a reasonable time frame and were nonjudgemental and cost a lot less than going to my own doctor or hospital

I LOVE TelMD. I was without health insurance 2 years and when I get sinus infection , this lets me get antibiotic with no fuss. $29.99 a month is best money I spend. Urgent cares used to be good. Now they’re trash. In Norwalk, CT they have evil, vicious NPs. No real doctors and they’re bitter miserable women. Sorry but true. I love TelMD! Just got expensive insurance but keeping this anyway. Hugs time saver.

Very prompt service. The person I was on the phone with was very nice . You won’t be disappointed . I would definitely use them again .
