I've now used telmdfirst.com twice and the experience has been flawless. I knew what my condition was, I've had it before, but did not want to go through the hassle of having to make an appointment to go to the doctor's office, which could have taken days. I was able to get my antibiotic within a day so then I could start getting instant relief. These guys were thorough and professional and did what their website says they'll do.

Was in horrible pain from a toothache and the pharmacist was very companionate and filled my script rapidly to get antibiotics in me ASAP. Very grateful for the empathy!

It may not be for everyone but if you already know what u get like sinus every now and then so you know the symptoms or if a doctor u go to is keep changing meds on u like u a lab rat and u know whitch ones they gave you worked and u been takin them for years dont waste ur time and mpney this system really works. And its easy to connect them response is fast no idiotic questions you explain what are upur symptoms and get the same meds as if ypu would pay ypur copays and waste time off work sit there waiting, ow ur appointment is at 1pm u take off work and u get there sit till 3.30 lost waslges and u still pay. I tried 3 of those online doctor 2 were pointles waiting forever i love it thank u

Talked with a Doctor with in maybe an hour of creating my account. They asked me to take pictures of what I needed to see a doctor for. Well I did and waited for the email that was going to be sent with a doctor's note so I can return to work. Well it never came. SO I messaged on the company's chat portal and they responded to me with that I never sent the pictures of the infection like I was asked to do that's why I haven't received an email. Well I sent 2 pictures to the number they were texting me from 4 hours before. Well after chatting off and on for about 3 hours. They finally ask for the number I sent the pictures to so they can take a look at them. Which all the information was already in the chat they must have somehow missed that in the chat somehow. My guess is that they wasn't even reading any of my replies or messages. Now I'm still waiting on them to get back with me since last night. They have just ghosted me. So I'm done I'VE ASK FOR A FULL REFUND!

Soooo, not having a Personal Care Physician I was searching for a viable option through TeleMed sources. I found TelMDFirst and called them first about the specific medications I take regularly. These are not Narcotics or Scheduled drugs of any type and are very broadly prescribed. After being assured that I would not have an issue I signed up, paid my money, filled out the primary medical history and waited for a doctor to call me. After waiting hours with no call I called them and received a text asking where I wanted the meds sent. I gave them a Pharmacy and never heard a thing. I called them again and was told they had issues. The next thing I know they returned my money with no explanation. I ended up very unhappy with their service but hope others have found success with them.

I did get a quick response. And I did get my RX quickly. The problem I had was The person asking the questions did not speak very good English. I could hardly understand anything she said. I asked for someone else who could speak better English but she said no, I'll just speak slower and clearer. I still couldn't understand her but knowing what I had and what questions would probably be asked I worked through it. I won't use again because of language barrier ( unless I would be guaranteed an English speaking representative )As for getting prescription and return call they were fast. All in one day.

First time using the "service". Got a call from an out of USA, the person took my information, scheduled an 8:00 pm doctor tele-appt. He emphasized the need to be available. I sat by the phone until 11pm. Never received a call back. Here it is 2 days later and still no response, although they did manage to charge my account immediately.

Stay away from these people! Paid the 79.95 for refill/new prescription got several e-mails wanting endless pics of meds sent them nothing but crickets called and texts nothing they logged me out of my'account' like that is going to make me go away! You took my money I want it back! Horrible experience zero customer service or integrity!
