I have had an amazing experience with this company. I can never get an appointment with my GP or even a returned call so I signed up for the year and have used tele health for refills and having strep throat. I get a responses with in 15 min from a doctor and my medication is called into my pharmacy with in 30 min. They have been so helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this service. Andrea

They didn’t even give me the right refill

This is totally the way to go. I live far from town and have covid so wasn’t up for driving down for an appt, They were able to order paxlovid for me next morning. And they don’t demand a membership.

I used telmdfirst today for my ear infection. It was easier than I anticipated. I entered my information. The dr called me about 15 minutes later and a prescription was called I to my pharmacy within the hour. It was so easy and fast. I’ll use Telmdfirst from now on.

Fast response, thorough assessment.

Extremely disappointed. I previously utilized the frontline doctors and got to speak with a doctor. This time I was only permitted to talk with a clinical intake person. I asked the clinical intake person when I would get to talk with the doctor and she said within 1.5-2 hours. Thus, it was my understanding that I would talk with a real doctor as was previously done. I received a text that the medication was sent to the pharmacy. I texted back asking about a few more medications and medical advice and received none. They texted me back saying I could schedule an appointment. Per the clinical intake person, I understood that the doctor would take some time to talk with me (the patient) as this is included as part of this medical care encounter. Additionally, further clarification was required and I had already paid for this medical service. I called the main number back again and was told that the same medical encounter which needed further clarification and medical advice required another charge to talk with the doctor. I explained to this person that I never got to talk with the doctor and I had already paid for the visit as was required upfront. As a frontline provider myself, I am extremely disappointed. I texted the person back that no further assistance was needed as I was going to be charged again for the same medical appointment. This is very wrong.
