It can sometimes be difficult to sign-in to TelMD's website... But there are always knowledgeable Customer Service Reps immediately available to assist by both phone and text. And once a staff MD reviews your request (like mine for 4 uncomplicated, routine prescription renewals), the service is usually completed -- with prescriptions transmitted to my Pharmacy -- within just one hour!!! THIS IS SO MUCH FASTER AND LESS STRESSUL than getting this same service provided through my MD's Office (which could take as long as two days to accomplish the same thing!!). Having now been a VERY SATISFIED TelMD customer for a full year, I wholeheartedly value, trust, and recommend their excellent services to others!
