To be honest, I was dubious about using this kind of service, but we were traveling in small-town Alaska on a holiday weekend and out of options. The doctor I spoke to seemed knowledgeable (checked on the effects of medication I was taking, asked pertinent questions, etc.) and sent the prescriptions to a pharmacy about 50 miles away. I spent more than 24 waiting for a refill order. They asked for a picture of the bootle, a picture of my test results, a picture of the refill request. Mind you that this was done after about 5 agents. Until a Chris was the last agent and he stated that I will not have my request processed.
