Telestial Inc.Reviews of telestial.com

I have tried other global phones, and found them difficult to use; e.g., no answer repeatedly at voicemail. THis new Telestial phone and their system for loading the SIM card is a great improvement.

The phone feels like a toy phone, definitely not a solid phone. The instructions for inserting the SIM card is not clear. I am not sure of the clarity of the phone because I have not used it to make any calls. I will follow-up with review after I have had time to use the phone.

Amazing cheep rates for going abroad! Saves so much money! Convenient way to stay in contact with family and friends. Trustworthy and safe. All information is clearly and easily accessible. Easy to switch between sim cards. Will for sure use it again!

Great service desk. Very helpful and patient in setting up the the account and answering technical issues. I will up my rating to five stars after I see how the SIM cards perform in the UK and Russia. I have a good feeling from my experience so far.

Their website is very user friendly and the customer service is extremely helpful in answering any questions that you have. I used them for a SIM card for a previous trip to Europe 3 years ago and ordered from them again for my next trip. This time getting a additional phone and SIM so I can stay connected with my family as we travel through Europe. I received the phone and SIM cards promptly and set them both up very easily. I can not wait for my trip and now I feel safer knowing I can call anyone anytime using my Telestial phones!

I just got my telestial phone in the mail, and I can't wait to use it starting next week when I leave for Europe! I got the Economy pack, and it was the best offer I found after looking through a bunch of websites. I called with a list of questions, and the woman was kind and knowledgeable about my options. My parents are relieved that they'll be able to get in touch with me without paying insane amounts, so this phone is going to make my life easier by putting then at ease! And the rates are excellent. I can actually talk to people back home at a reasonable cost, and people I meet in Europe can call me for free!

Very pleased with the selection, shipping, accessories and phone and SIM card features. Would recommend to any family or friends traveling abroad. Telestial is a life-saver for travel abroad!

I did a lot of research on sim cards for traveling in Europe and this was competitive and easy to recharge online which will come in handy on our 3 week trip this month.
