Telestial means we don't have to find a sim card vendor overseas and wait for the background check with our passports. We have appreciated the speedy shipping and the ease of service.

Before I ordered the SIM card I sent couple of emails and called customer service couple of times. Emails were replied in 24 hours and customer service experience was very pleasant. Once I received the card I immediately tested it. It worked like a charm in my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and iPhone 5S. It did not want to work on both of my iPhone 4S, even though Verizon told me my 4S'es were SIM unlocked. It is not a big deal, but I heard those SIMs should work on 4S. Maybe there is something peculiar with Verizon network then? Anyway, I was able to make and receive calls in US no problems. The real test will be once I go to the Europe (Italy, France and Great Britain) next month. I will share my experience then.

Have never had a smart phone or an international calling capability phone. After some research, I decided to go with Telestial. My order arrived promptly, and the instruction booklet is very good. I had trouble figuring out how to insert the micro Sim card (without knowing better, I popped it out of the larger enclosure. After several tries to insert the Sim, I called customer service and she explained enough so that I could correctly insert the Sim. No problems so far!

I ordered a JT Smart 2 Android phone with Explorer SIM card. Before I purchased I called customer service and the support staff was extremely helpful and answered all my question. I purchased and the phone arrived by mail 2 days later. I called customer service again for some help on activating phone and they again solved any issues I was having very quickly. I highly recommend this service.
