Great Product. It is a good way to keep in touch with friends while you are travelling. The US number makes easier for people wants to contact me.

I received my phone for trip to Europe really fast! I also had some questions about activation and set up and the women I spoke with was really helpful! I also didn't wait on hold, I got an immediate answer which was awesome. Love having a US number as well. That sold the product for me!

phone and service seems to work as advertised. fast shipping. reasonable rates

Great way to stay connected to home while abroad. Went to Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the UK. No problems at all! Had 1GB of data and lasted me the whole trip. Used wifi when I could and sent emails and iMessages with my data. Will always use Telestial!

Travelling to Barcelona and needed a sim card I could trust. Telestial is clearly the best choice. I spoke with customer service yesterday and they were very patient and helpful. So glad I chose them.

I purchased the smartphone package for my upcoming three week trip to Europe on the recommendation of a profession and I think it's awesome! It was way cheaper than I expected, way easier than I thought to set up, and has a ton of extra features to it. I feel very prepared for my trip now - thank you, Telestial!

Telestial has great prices for their One-Rate service, and their phone-SIM card bundle is a great value. Not only that, but ordering was very easy and they sent everything that they had promised. I highly recommend that anyone interested in staying connected in a foreign country look into Telestial.

We are grateful for Telestial. In 2012 we ordered a teeny tiny, very basic, dual band International phone for use in the UK and France, along with the Passport SIM. It worked beautifully and served our needs for staying in touch. This time, we ordered the Explorer SIM (for use in the same phone) which offers great rates! We are not disappointed! It's working perfectly, and the connection is clear. Telestial offers a simple, stress free, way to stay in touch. Customer Service has been quick to respond to emails and easy to talk to by phone, and our order arrived quickly!
