Received Explorer SIM & it works. I will be using the sim card on my Iphone 4 (unlocked) for a trip aboard next month. Instructions are well documented and easy to follow.

I bought the 2D ekit Dual SIM phone and One-Rate SIM Card for a great deal. Easy installation of battery and SIM card. Great directions! No service just yet as I am in North America...can't wait to see how it works when I visit Europe (if great, then deserves 5 stars!). One great thing about Telestial is they have AWESOME, PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE Customer Service! Recommend HIGHLY for friends and family :D

Just received Explorer SIM & it works fine on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I'm going to travel east Europe for the next month & ready to utilize this SIM card during my trip! So far so good!

I bought an ekit phone three years ago for when my son was in South Africa. It worked fine and had a second SIM slot for a local SIM card with reduced rates. Another son used it in Germany. Neither son used up the $40 or so I put on the phone, Now I will use it in Italy because I don't have a smart phone that is GSM capable, Had to get a new battery but cheap ekit phone still works. Service reps very courteous. Kind of misleading to say receiving text is free becasue that is only on the global number. Should just quote ten cent cost to receive text on US number.

I wanted a disposable phone for international travel. I need a way to reach my children and access my email without the massive expense of using my US carrier's global plan. It took almost a dozen phone calls to their customer service dept. and a dozen visits to the website to figure out what I needed. This is not an intuitive process! However, their staff was extremely pleasant, always answered my questions and was very responsive. They answer their phones 24/7 and were helpful and knowledgeable. It is also very affordable. I got an unlocked, global smart phone and sim card for $49. It arrived in 3 days and I am setting it up now for a trip to Europe. If you need a global phone, sim card or data plan, this is the company to use!

Well I ordered it and it came quickly.... I trust it will work where I need it to work.... the instructions were good.

I received my sim for travel to the UK. I'm from the US and it works here. No problem receiving or making calls.

only ordered the sim card yesterday. it arrived by post today. how fast is that! haven't yet put it into use.
