Great service
Great service, easy to use, and prompt help when needed. The ONLY thing I would change is if you have one minute or two left on the phone then it remind you before abruptly cutting off.

Great connection
Good and fast connection which can be counted on. However telephonekenya need to consider lowering rates as more and more apps providing calling services which are free are increasing.

small sendings too expensive
The service is good and quickly. But for small sendings too expensive. I like to send 10 € but the fees is 2,99 ! The second problem is it doesn't work on weekend. The money is arriving at Monday after the weekend.

Hello, The fee for sending €10 is not higher than €1.66 and it can never reach €2.99. Also, the service works 24/7, including at weekends. If you've ever encountered any delays in receiving your credit, this was either because the operator was exceptionally busy or because of a temporary issue. We apologize for the inconvenience!
