Hi RK, Our Telecom specialists do their best to lower the rates, by cutting off costs, but never lower the quality of the calls. Each time the rate lowers we inform people by email if they have "Specials offers" by email ON in their account settings. Also, customers who have "Special offers" ON in their account (My Information tab), get regular coupons by email to save up. A second way to save with TelephoneKenya is to participate in Facebook contests: A third way to save on your calls is to convert the loyalty points in your account when you get to 1000. You've managed to collect 912 Thank You points so far. When you reach 1000, please use the Convert button to turn them into a $10 Voice Credit balance for free international calls.
